Grab Analyzed Supplements Micronized GMS. Will actually mix in water.

Its a fat... its totally hydrophobic ha. Getting the grains small enough to choke down without chewing is really all you can ask for.
 
Ya when I said mix in water I meant it will mix much better then straight GMS. You will still have floaties lol.

Ha ya "mix" is a very relative term in this case. AS GMS is by far the best though. minimal chewing required ;)
 
The only GMS if tried has been been AS. It doesn't mix too bad, although I still find it easier to just shoot and chase it with water.
 
I have three bottles of X-Factor that I'm really trying to enjoy but the headaches and diarrhea are making that difficult. It's a shame because the pumps are out of this world.

I am sure you started around 1-1.5 grams right? Some do experience headaches and such. Try and lower the dose to 1-2 caps per day and work your way up. I know this has helped many people.

Yeah I went all in with 6 caps, I'll try 4 tomorrow and if that doesn't help then ill reduce further. Thanks for the advice!

Start with two, then bump up to four
 
I'm going to be trying a start at 4 caps with ~135lbs LBM; already having a great start to my bulk with ABE--can't wait to see what the combo does for me!

Day 1 introducing the ArA definitely already had a noticeable effect. Much greater muscle fullness, and I'm even cramping in my legs after the workout. That's never happened before. My GMS and lodhra don't even arrive until tomorrow, so I'm actually a bit giddy with excitement to see how ridiculous the next few workouts are going to be.

Add onto that a tub of iForce's new MaxOut on the way (plenty of nitrates!) and I'm probably going to fall over like a muscle balloon at some point soon.

Great to hear. Many do seem to notice the increase in pump and DOMS from the very first dose. Almost universally, itll take anywhere from 1-2 weeks before you really begin seeing the muscle hardening effects, strength gain, muscle fullness/roundness and changes on the scale.

That's a weird side effect I get too that others don't: the cramps. They're not true cramps, it's almost like easy fatigueability. Could never figure out why

I'm already excited with the immediate effects; can't wait to see how it accumulates. I'm a teensy bit worried that having only 3 training sessions a week (longer and full-body, but still) may impede some of the sustained results, but it seems like it'd be strange to take it on 'rest' days. I'll be able to report back on three-times-a-week dosing soon.

Yes, that's a good way of describing it. I was just running up the stairs and my quads suddenly felt entirely depleted. Not the painful spasm kind of cramp, just a "muscle not responding" kind of cramp.

Really looking forward to seeing how this run continues.

Yeah, I noticed mild effects within my first week of dosing ArA. Things really started rolling when I bumped the pre-workout dose from 1 gram to 1.5 grams. Prior to my taking ArA for the first time I hadn't read anyone mention they had headaches while on ArA. I had some pounding headaches for the first couple of weeks on ArA. The headaches subsided after a couple of weeks. The upside is that I never experienced the horrible DOMs that other people have mentioned.

That was pretty much how my run went. Headaches at first but went away and much better at 1.5g. No worse DOMS than normal. Very effective stuff.

Similar to your experience, I got headaches at the beginning of my first X-Factor cycle years back and never have since in subsequent cycles or during the later half of the first one.
 
For anyone reading that gets headaches, drop the dose to 500mg then build up as needes
 
You guys feel free to call me a wuss, but I can barely stand the disgusting fish smell of the XFactor Advanced. Just touching the capsules to toss them back leaves a god awful stench on my hands. Is the original XFactor just as smelly? I'm getting to the end of the XFA bottle.
 
Any validity to the claim that ArA may lead to hair loss? I read some articles suggesting that elevated prostaglandins in the scalp has been linked to cases of MPB. I recall reading on this thread that supplementing with xgels causes inflammation in the muscle, not the scalp. Or is it a systemic effect? Just need clarification before purchase. I'd rather not buy if it's going to trigger MPB
 
Is there any reason to avoid coconut oil near ARA dosing? I typically train fasted early in the AM taking 1.5g ARA with GMS and a pre-workout. I would like to add a shot of coconut oil prior to leaving the house. I know they are both omega-6 , would the coconut oil decrease the absorption of ARA?

Nope, feel free to keep your coconut oil in the mix during your X-Factor cycle.

The potential is there for hair loss although i have yet to hear reports of its occurance, especially.since Ara is mostly shuttled to muscle tissue during exercise
 
Does anyone else get unbearable DOMS, joint pain (in neck and hands/wrists which I found strange), and even a mild sore throat? Alll this kicked in right at the three week mark, and I thought I may have been getting I'll, but otherwise I feel fine. My last ArA run I had a sore throat for weeks too. Does this happen to anyone else?

Hmmm..that's strange because a sore throat is not a common side effect of ARA usage.

Let me ask you this...have you tried other brands of ARA? If you have, then you may want to stop if it's uncomfortable for you. If not, then I would venture to try another brand to see if you get the same effects.

My last cycle was using half one brand and half another, but I don't recall much about if that made a difference. We'll see what happens over the next few days. Thanks.

may have been mentioned elsewhere in this thread, but i couldn't find it... are there any issues with taking both alcar and baby aspirin with ara, or should it be one or the other? i've got alcar in my prewo already.

also, is the baby aspirin taken at the same time as the ara+alcar, or does it not matter what time of day for the aspirin?

thanks. i tried ara once upon a time way back with halodrol liquigels, but after reading about the more modern protocol, i have a feeling i didn't get the most out of it last time. excited to be starting my run tomorrow.
