How am I supposed to know how much of it is GMS, to dose properly

Serving size is 3 scoops correct?

There's only 2 ingredients in the blend so there should be 2.5 grams of GMS and Taurine per scoop I believe.

I'm guessing 6g GMS and 1,5g taurine.

It could be any ratio from 50.01:49.99 to 99:1 (gms:l-t) There's no way to truly know. The only thing you have to go on is it has to be AT LEAST 50% (so 2.5g/sc) of GMS.
 
Ya man by far the best natural supp in my opinion. Im going to try out EP1C (epicatechin) here in the near future and will see what all the hype is about. My guess is EP1C + X-GELS = EP1CX times ahead

Yea I'm really enjoying it a lot. I used epicatechin and I must say it's hard to beat. Epi and xgels might be my two go to supps.

Lol I won't stack the two IMO. DOMS will be a killa. Better used either or back to back.

Xgels- 50 workouts followed by Epi 8 weeks. Nice, long and beautiful lol.

There are 6g of fat in a serving so I'd assume it is 6g GMS.

I'm doing it the other way around, 12 weeks folli, 10 weeks ArA, then probably back to folli after =)

So it arrived today, but I'd also grabbed some of bpi's flex all as I have something nasty going on in my arm. Anyways, features cissus, and the original post mentions best taken at least 4 hours apart or not at all.

Obviously not at all would be preferred but i might have to stick with a morning dose of flex and evening PWO arachidonic acid.

Or should I hold off on the ARA all together for now?
 
Been on xfactor advanced for a little over a week and so far I am satisfied. Subjectively I feel it improves the training effect of a session (increased soreness). Have had zero joint issues at all, in fact almost feel better then prior too, time shall tell

Take ARA 45ish minutes pre-workout and the other 4+ hours away from that

I would personally wait until your injury has healed.
 
Been lurking these forums for a couple months now, first post right here. Greatly appreciate this thread; I've read the whole thing and have a stack in my cart, but I have a few questions.

I am currently taking 6g fish oil daily: 2g ~4 hours pre-workout, 2g ~4 hours post-workout, and another 2g before bed. Should I reduce this dosage or eliminate it completely while on ArA? I also consume 2 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds daily, also ~4 hours pre-workout; not sure how significant of an omega-3 dose this is.

I also supplement with Flexible by Formutech ~4 hours pre-workout as well.
- contains: 1000 mg of Cissus, 750 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate, 600 mg of Chrondroitin Sulfate, 750 mg of MSM, and 100 mg of Hyaluronic acid
Should I avoid supplementation with this as well while on ArA? Will I not maximize my results with continued use?

I also supplement with Cayenne Pepper Extract: 1g ~4 hours pre-workout, 1g with pre-workout supplementation, and 1g ~4 hours post-workout. I am not sure if this is a direct anti-inflammatory; how should I proceed with it?

I currently take 1g of ALCAR upon waking and 1g pre-workout, and then 2g of LCLT post-workout. Should I increase the pre-workout dose to 2g and keep the rest the same, or would that be overdoing it? How should I split it up?

I also take iForce Potassium Nitrate pre-workout as well, no contraindications with ArA right? (Is chronic supplementation with PN adverse to health/should I be cycling this?)

I came off of about a slow 3 month cut and then began a slow bulk via carb cycling. I am now not carb cycling as much because I felt I wasn't recovering optimally, so I am on a typical constant daily excess bulk. Should I increase my caloric surplus a bit more while on this stack, or still maintain the slow bulk pattern that I have been following (I have been increasing daily average calories by ~200 kcal every 3-4 weeks or as the body dictates)?

Lastly, I am going to stack X-gels with Anabeta Elite. I am aware the X-gels should be used for 50 workout days and then cycled off. However, the ABE label states a 1 month-cycle; I am assuming daily supplementation. Because the X-gels cycle will exceed the 1 month ABE cycle, should I take 2 ABE back to back, should I take it only on workout days, or should I just supplement daily for 1-month straight and save it for the last month of the x-gels cycle (both workout and non-workout days) and stack x-gels with something else prior to the last month with ABE?

I know I have a lot here, thanks in advance to any help.

The fish oil and flexible should be dosed 4 hours away from ArA. ALCAR should be taken preworkout with ArA at 2g. I don't see a reason why flax seed would be a problem, but maybe someone with more knowledge can help you out with that,. No problem with Potassium Nitrate. Lastly, by another bottle of ABE and have fun. I'm about to do this same run in a few weeks.

Potassium Nitrates or Agmatine with ArA is insane. Closest thing to AAS pump you can get natty IMO.
 
Had my first workout with Glycer Grow and X Gels yesterday, wasn't expecting the pump I got during the back workout. More sore then normal this morning, which is night for those stateside. Also felt I had more energy during the workout. I'm impressed.

I ran XFA + Creation + Hemoval for a month.. Then some sh't went down and I stop going to the gym for a month.

I Won 2 bottles of XFA , and things kind of settled back down and I'm back in the gym.

But in that one month / one bottle run I noticed the effects. Even the week following my last gym session, my chest shoulders and quads felt fuller. Almost like a pump that lasted a few days.

So I'm really excited about doing a 2 bottle run. I could image how epic it would be if one bottle blew Me up like that.

Getting good and sore using this, Haven't felt full all day like this in a long time. Trying the Glycer Grow in yogurt today to keep from eating straight natural flavor.

Just jump it in your mouth and sip some water then swallow! Don't know if it would make the yogurt taste odd.
 
Never had a problem with GG...just always tossed it in with my preWO, shook it like a Polaroid picture, tossed it back, rinsed shaker out with a bit more water then tossed that back...I recall CL recommending putting it into applesauce as well to hide it..
 
Powder is more fine then I expected, first time i tossed a scope back it was followed by me coughing and turning my entire computer white. It's all good, stuff works great and that's all I'm concerned with.
