You can still use n3s during your run and get awesome results
It would be wise to not touch ARA with a 10 food pole if you have inflammatory condition.Especially if one is prone to joint issues/ has any inflammatory condition- it would be wise to use support supps for this.

Took Ara today before HIIT just out of habit, and for the love of god none of you make that mistake. The pump in my quads on the recumbent bike was INSANE. Not even fun. I'm scared to wake up tomorrow![]()

might pick up some Axis Labs Hemodraulix as it contains ARA. Used Animal Test before but didn't notice too much asides from increased doms.
I was looking into that before also. But what's the dose per scope??
I decided just to go with xfa since its the originator.

dunno but x gels are not available here in nz (and takes weeks for postage) so will grab some hemodraulix today.
I don't know if it's because I did a deload week before, but damn, my legs are more sore today then they normally are! I went to do some cardio and was dreading it. It wasn't too bad, but it is something I'm not used to. I am not looking forward to Sunday since Saturday is my heavy leg day!
Is ursolic acid anti inflammatory? Because I am currently using it, and I take it with my pre meal and post.

Hey Everyone, First post here, but instead of trying to scour the internets for the answer still I guess I'll swing it by you guys. Basically, I'm planning on going on a low/non stim cutting stack over summer, and am still weighing the options available. The issue for me, is that I take a daily dosage of Zoloft (SSRI) and thus have to avoid several supplements that I really wish I could take. I know, for example, that I should 100% stay away from anything with Yohimbe or Alphamine in it, which unfortunately I've heard absolutely kill it for low stim fat burners.
In regards to ArA though, I wasn't originally planning on giving it a try until I kept on hearing such great things about it. So I was wondering if you may have any knowledge on whether it would be safe to take with Zoloft? I asked my doctor, but per usual, he had no idea. My goals for summer follow a sort of lean gains cutting model, which I did really well with last year (Forskolin, Reduce XT, Omega fish oils, creatine, pre, protein & of course a proper diet).
Also while I'm posting, instead of starting a new topic altogether, I'd love if anyone gave some feedback on what I'm thinking about running this summer: first month being forskolin 95, burn 24, and essentials (creatine, protein, pre), then start Erase Pro during the 2nd month.

Well, having recently finished my bottle of x200 XFA, I can officially add this to the long list of supplements that did nothing for me. I took all the advice (empty stomach, ALCAR/GMS etc.), diet was on point... but nothing. Hardly any doms (nothing out of the ordinary anyway), no major gains, no noticeable effects at all really. I did get a bit nauseous on a few occasions, but that was probably due to the GMS. Can't say I'm that surprised though. Supplements don't work for me, can't say I've ever noticed anything special on them vs being off them. Only thing that's EVER given me noticeable results is when I get my nutrition right/wrong.
Ant, how many days a week are you lifting?

Tuesday - Lower Hypertrophy
Thursday - Push Hypertrophy
Friday - Pull Hypertrophy
Saturday - Lower Power
I follow PHAT almost to the letter. I do speed rack pulls on Friday for pull day. I may switch my push and pull hypertrophy days so I have a day rest between rack pulling and heavy leg day. It was never an issue in the past, but maybe my body can't do that with the increased inflammation?
I was lifting every other day and was on 6 pills a day (workout days only), up until the last couple of weeks, when I upped it to 8, but didn't make a difference. I do have some OG XFactor, may try that in the future. For now though, given I know I followed quite a strict protocol with it all, I'm not convinced. As I say though, I don't respond to MOST supplements, so I can't say I'm surprised.
Any cardio in there?
got my Axis Labs Hemodraulix - says to only use 4 or 5 times a week, does ARA need to stay in the system or is it ok to break it up like this (say taking tuesday and thursday off it) (sorry if covered previously - dont have a lot of time to read) as a side note the vanilla scented hemo's are so good it's tempting to chew them haha
Hi guys, re dosage timing , just need clarification. If I wake up at 7am and gym at 7.45am, is it bad to have a protein shake upon waking up, at the same time I take the X-Factor caps? Will this affect the aRa from performing properly?
