The AN rack

i have to say my acne is worse than it has ever been. On my face, chest, and back. eh.

i would like to realistically get to 175+ by the end of this stack which i dont think will be hard since its a dirty bulking stack.

i would like next max to be
bench 230
incline 210
clean 215
squat 300+
 
today


core A bench 1st set 75%, 2nd 77%, 3rd 80%, then 4th 82% at 4 reps
core b incline 70%,72%,75%,77%
straight bar curls, ez bar curls, db flies, shoulder complex

1) overall i have to say the sleep since i have started this stack has been unlike any of my life. I am to sleep quickly and sleep like a rock. At times i almost feel like i cant get enough. I am going to bed at 10-1030 and waking up at 7ish.

2)strength and weights are up

3) my physical weight started at 165 and i am finally back to 170.

4)great interset recovery

5) i am seeing a difference in how my muscles and body looks. I am not sure if this is because the igf2 helps promote dry gains or if its the creatin. ???

Sleep can be attributed to the extra release of growth hormone because of IGF-2. Strength gains can be attributed to all 4 products working together. Recovery will be IGF-2 and NeoVar. IGF-2 makes the muscles harder, and both NeoVar and RPM help with pumps, which will also affect how your muscles look.

I do have to appologize to everyone. The last few weeks have been really bad for me. I have had virtually no time. The grass season is coming to an end so i have been super busy trying to soak up every penny possible before the money stops growing. This along with a long term relationship ending, an ACT, then a SAT have made things nuts the past few weeks.
 
2 weeks ago was 4 sets and 4 reps during cores 4 sets of 8 during aux.

Noticing incredible sleep, great inter set recovery and decent pump. My strength has been up and i feel good.
 
last week was 4 sets of 3. Getting ready for max outs. Strength has been up. Sleep is friggin awesome. good interset recovery. decent pump.

been keeping it basic. Doing cores and mostly basic aux's (not in order): straight bar curls, hammers, ezbar curls, db rows, flat flies, incline flies, arnold press, shoulder complex, glute/hams, box jumps, lat pulldowns, frenchpress, shrugs, power runner.

as for my weight i am at about 172. I have really been putting on some belly fat the past 2 weeks. I am doing a dirty bulk but i dont want a belly!

however im in agreement on the sleep. igf-2 is fantastic for that
 
finished up drive today.

I will mention that so many pills can be frustrating at times. When i first roll out of bed, i take 4igf2, 3 drive, and 3 rpm. Then about 30 mins later 3 neovar. After the igf2, drive, and rpm, since i am throwing so much into my stomach at once it tends to feel kinda weird at times.

i will say i am hoping the drive is whats effecting my BM's. Havent had a solid bm since started the stack. Not diarrhea but not solid.
 
that sounds like the drive its the forskolin especially if taken with any fats it stops the absorbtion of fats it will cause a rukus early on with the BM i was the same way shitting my head off

i cut my doses in half and worked my way up

now i can take as much as i want without ill effects each person is diff and it happens to most users until thier body adjsuts

i didnt have too much respect for the RPM until today. It was the first day i worked out without it while on this stack. Man, my workout sucked. It was dead and i just wasnt pumped and excited to work out like i have been lately.

When I did this stack, I wish I would have gotten 3 bottles of IGF-2 so I could keep running all of the products together and not have to worry about running out of one before the rest of them did.

i would have to check back on the AN page, but i dont know that running 3 bottles of the igf or drive would be correct. Thats a long time and a lot of stuff. PErsonally i would rather run mid length cycles. I dont ever want my body to get addicted to a compound.

I experimented a bit and took 4 rpm for monday (thought it was gonna be my squat max). This was really my limit. started to get shaky. (170lbs). To save some rpm for next week (max's) i took some plasmajet i had lying around for my pre wo. Effects were comparable but the rpm is the superior supp for sure.
 
your body wont become addicted. they are fine to run 3 bottles back to back brad if you are interested. keep up the good work. sorry to hear you ran out.
 
i'd wager they are all safe to run pretty long term. The only ones i'd consider really needing cycling are lipotrophin pm and IGF-2, and only because you do eventually develop tolerance to the l-dopa. Otherwise with just about everything else its at least a good 4-5 months before you might see diminished returns, and even then dropping dose lower for a couple weeks, then back up usually solves that. I know someone who has been on drive for over a year now, I've used neovar for months on end (can't recall how many in a row, at least 5 or 6) and as an experiment at one point double dosed IGF-2 for 2 months. No loss of effectiveness, and no negative sides.
 
do you need to cycle any of the AN products or can all be taken consistently?

You don't NEED to cycle them, per se; but it's always a good idea to cycle most products, so that your body doesn't build up a tolerance to them.

For something like RPM, it's good to cycle it, as it's a stimulant.

With Drive, cycling after 8-10 weeks is a good idea, so that when you start using it again your body isn't 'used' to it. For example, personally I found that effects petered out after 10 weeks, and started back again after a break (with this product).

IGF-2 is ok to take constantly. You can get around the need for cycling, by, every 10-12 weeks, having 2-4 weeks where you only use IGF-2 on resistance training days, if you don't want to cycle off completely.

Creatine and joint support supplements like NeoVar Recomped and Osteobolin-C/OsteoSport don't need to be cycled.

Some fatburners definitely need to be cycled (especially stims - i.e. Lipotrophin-AM). Lipotrophin-PM is fine to use as a staple, like creatine and joint support.

overall, thusfar i have been quiet happy with my gains while on these AN products. I have teetered between 171 and 176 since on the stack. I have gotten signifaantly stronger since the start. It has really helped me blow through a plateau i was stuck on.

this is our last week before max outs. We have had the pyramids with the last set being 1 rep. I'll admit i have been cheating a bit. My presentages have been feeing a bit light so i have been going over on everything :-) cleans felt great yesterday. Ended up last rep with 205 on the bar (thats a PR) and then today. Last set one rep was 225 on the bar (once again another PR).

Also i set a PR for flat and incline flies. 4 sets of 8 with 40's.

275 7 times for 330 squat thats a gain of 60 pounds
225 2 times for 240 bench Thats a gain of 30 pounds
205 6 times for 240 power clean thats a gain of 40 pounds
185 5 times for 210 incline thats a gain of 30 pounds

total of 1020 and a power rating of 6.0 even.
 
i finally figured out its the RPM giving me the shits. That really pisses me off since this is prolly my favorite AN supp.
 
are you eating anything between taking the rpm and workout?

well i wake up at 7, take the rpm. Shower and get ready, eat breakfast at 745. The thing is tho, it hits me right as i take it. Like after i get outa the shower, i run to the toliet 2 or 3 times before i eat breakfast.

hmm i thats weird that it hits you right away... have you tried taking it with food rather than with out?
 
workouts have been tough since coming off these supps. Its a real challenge to get those last few reps! Discipline!

It's ALWAYS a challenge. Just depends on whether you've got the willpower and determination to do it! Don't give up; keep pushing as hard as you can all the time every time!
 
i finally got some VERY quick pictures. The lighting does do them justice. They dont compliment me. I just have been so busy getting ready for vacation and everything. Its hunting season too which takes up a lot of time. Sorry they suck. These are quite accurate tho because i kept all my gains.

i gained a great bit more mass than the photos show. I am leaner and dryer. Body fat is 15.6%. Total weight after stack ended up being about 173.
