you should- then you can follow me and see all my shenanigans - there are a lot of us on there

Damn man, looking huge. You've got one of those massive builds that you don't need to be any leaner and you'll still have exceptional definition. The sheer size is just impressive!

Thanks booneman! i've been working hard at my weak points that you and a few others mentioned about upper back thickness and rear delts. The 5th pic is my most recent and im getting leaner yet maintaining my size it's kinda weird but i seems like i look bigger at 214 than my first 2 pics at 234 which ill take any day of the week. Veins in my arms are definetly starting to get more prominent. Started here at AM at 184lbs gained a bit this year id say.

Hey fellas. I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. Really like the positive vibes and there are some great physiques here as well. Maybe later this week I'll have time to take some pics. Keep up the good work. Looking good guys!

Thanks. I'll try to get my post count up and earn my stripes. Probably will benefit me to get to know the forum before posting too much anyways. My cut has been moving slow so I don't think I'll be looking too different too soon. How many posts til one can take pics?

Invalid Link Removed alright guys I want you to be as mean as possible lol need some serious feedback sitting at 213 this morning . I am bulking so I know being leaner is necessary in general but i know there's something I'm missing help me out gents

What kind of feedback are you looking for?

Legs look like they have decent sized, pretty decent chest and trap development. Little hard to give criticism as a whole. Could bring your arms and shoulders up. I'd say tighten up a little bit and blast for growth

Thanks man ! I'm finishing up a cycle now gunna try and lean out on time off and bulk again next cycle

Alright, if you can keep you leg size going into a recomp or cut, I personally think they would look respectable. Maybe HIIT cardio or the bike as your cardio to maintain leg size. Chest is pretty decent with some good upper chest action going on. You have done an awesome job of bringing up your back. Your arms need a touch more size and your shoulders from the front need a little more medial pop. Overall, you look really good. You would have real good muscularity coming in at 192. You would look very respectable if you can get the legs nice and hard looking and just work a bit more on arms and side delts. Looking really good bud

As most of the others have said, arms are really the only area that "needs" work. Even that's not much but some extra size will also add definition. Overall tho you've built a very well rounded physique and as you lean out it'll really look good

That's a trouble spot for me I will need some a coach that will help keep the leg size while drying them out and getting them to "shred" with strict diet and training . Cardio now is 15-20 minutes high resistance on the bike or 5-7 minutes high intensity on the stairs. Arms work in progress as well ill need to perfect posing to get the most out of them if that makes sense . Side delts same thing they actually look decent/much better in person but Ill be adding in a lot more work to focus on making them get fuller . Truthfully Appreciate the feedback ! This is what I was looking for (what I'm getting by from everyone) , now I'll be working on improving the arms and delts for the rest of this bulk and then leaning out will focus the gut and strict with the legs!

Thank you sir! I've done a lot of "grow your arms" programs even tried one of those 6 hours inch in one day haha . Doesn't work for me specially the "thickness" / "width" on the front of my bicep it just doesn't change lol arms went from 11" flexed to 17 unflexed now but still a work in progress size and definition on the arms are needed for sure . Appreciate the compliments thou for sure !

Looks like your off to a solid start on bulking id say side delts need attention not sure on back from this shot. But from the from the front and side delt size and arm size, cant see the calves. Just being honest here, your chest and traps look good and seem to have a good taper. Leg size is there maybe start adding more volume to get them harder and bring out more definition and separation. More pics the better, i had a few weak points others have pointed out and have been hard at work correcting them.

Some relaxed/flexed. I take terrible pictures and the pic quality sucks but it will have to work

Any feedback besides get bigger.....LOL. I already know....haha

Side note: I am getting some help from an NPC bodybuilder for my first physique show in the summer. He thinks I only need about 10 lbs of quality mass and get into proper condition and I would be pretty respectable. Eventually want to shoot for Classic Physique. I have A LOT of work ahead of me

From what I could see, back and delts look good, and so do abs. Maybe some focus on upper chest, it's pretty hard to tell in the pics though. Besides general size on arms, some tricep hang would really help fill them out. Of course, just putting on more size is key, haha. Height and weight out of curiosity?

6'2, 187, 188 on average. Start at 190ish beginning of the week and end up at 186, 187 by Friday....lol

I appreciate the feedback. I do almost all upper chest stuff. So I am at least trying...haha I would agree with your assessment

Thanks for the honest feedback. More volume on legs is something I'll keep in mind for sure and arms and delts as well of course Invalid Link Removed my back was my main focus this bulk I was able to get some size on it but still needs plenty of work , and similar to my legs, it needs to get dryer and more defined Invalid Link Removed side shot of that helps too

As you've stated yourself size will be the main thing to reach for here. Areas of focus in my opinion would be chest and tris more size and shape together , shoulders and bis look to be your strong points and back looks to have good definition (which I envy right now lol) can't tell too much with legs but I believe if you put on more size and maintain the definition definitely you'd be good there. Definitely a good overall place to keep building from and your height will give you a good advantage of maintaining s good aesthetic look I believe . Keep killing it bro

My turn. 56 and working on being 30 again! Besides a tan and the legs, what should I work on?

This is a fcking inspiration right here. At 37, I always kind of wonder "when will it end?" It is really awesome seeing this. I think in your case if you are wanting to improve something, maybe working on your v-taper and, like myself, a little more hang to the triceps. Also, I know you engage in more than just weigh training. So, these things may not even matter. Just keep going. I know you inspire a lot of us on this board and if you aren't inspired, then there is something wrong

Really appreciate the honest opinion. It is right in line with my own thoughts and assessments. Lot of work ahead. LOL

Man, you're in great shape for ANY age. As ryane87 said, lats(taper) would be one area to focus on, especially since your waist already looks pretty small/tight, just a little size would go a long way. Also, positioning your forearms and hands differently would help bring out your bicep peaks better IMO, but that's personal preference and posing, not something that you actually have to focus in the gym.

Hanging side laterals will bring out the cap on the delts. Have an adjustable bench in the incline position havyou body leaned over to the bench so your arm in straight up and down. You gain a few inches of movement which really isolates the side delt. Your upper back looks like is got some good size same thing just needs to pop a lil more I know your bulking so it's not a true assessent. But I'd say incorporate hyper extensions and also straight leg deadlifts to bring out the lower back and tie ins. Also try doing cable pullovers to bring in some detail. Solid start to a winter bulk though.

You're upper back development is solid, you just need to figure out how to pose lol. From those pics man, rear and medial delt work and triceps. Pretty well rounded physique.

Lotta good info here , truly appreciated. Back has always been my biggest problem. This cycle I was able to get closer to a decent back but wether cutting or bulking I never have that "ripple" back , and I do try to put the work in its one of my favorite body parts to workout . Gunna screenshot this and use it when putting my next schedule together , thanks man.

Thank you for the compliments and tips! Definitely need a crap ton of work on posing if I ever even want to think about competing (which I know I'm far from) being a broom stick and uncoordinated do not make it any easier when trying to pose haha. Delts as well a problem area for me , lots of room for improvement , can surely say that was my fault didn't take shoulder work serious in the very beginning , treated shoulders how most people treat legs lol. But that came to a stop shortly just still paying for it

Quick update pic on the my calves been really trying to bring them up.

Really well rounded overall man! V taper is awesome and balance/symmetry is on point.

Only focal area I think could use some help would be arms/shoulders. Adding some size to your rear and lateral delts would make the taper even more drastic. And who couldn't use a little more arms size ha
