If your taking 500 a week or more it looks like your test may be under dosed. The bloodwork I've seen at 500 mg a week is usually around the 2100-2500 range.

I'm running 750mg /week. I wonder if its undersosed...
 
I've only seen 2500 once or twice. On average i usualy see in the 2200 range.

On a positive note, I forgot to report the rest of my blood work, everything is normal so that means anavar didn't even slightly stress my liver and proves that PP products don't either. I ran SD in the begining but I don't know if my liver values would still be high from 8 weeks ago...

I havent been too active on this site the past 5 days because I have been sick...really. Today is the first day that I have not been literally glued to the toilet vomiting and diarrheaing, and the first day I can actually keep down food and liquids. I havent been to work and I was even tempted to go to the hospital just for some IV fluids. It was pretty f**king bad. I didnt eat/drink ANYTHING for 3 days straight. If I tried to drink I just threw up. I am extremely upset. I lost 11 lbs...I am down to 209 =( I look sucked out and drained. I felt as if I lost everything I worked so hard for. I started my cycle getting sick and was cursed again because I have 1 week left and I got nailed. I havent taken AL or anavar for the past 4 days because I simply couldnt keep anything down.

What do I do...I have a couple weeks of test left but now I feel that it is under dosed although test levels of 1593 is pretty damn good for muscle building...Do i stay on for a little longer and just go on an all out bulk to get my size back? Or just go into PCT after this technically last week?

Once again, my blood work is great (besides my cholesterol which is expected), liver, kidneys, everything....
 
well you even if the test is under dosed your still rocking 1500+, so your weight loss is probably due to dehydration, and you probably burned off some fat. i would get cals up. dont bulk the last few weeks but try and recomp. you will finish strong. you have too much test and other roids to just have lost that much muscle IMHO. dont stress, your boddy is sick so i wouldn't launch into an all out bulk cuz youll just start storing fat. hydrate and eat super clean. start hitting your macros. this isnt even a set back bud. just sac up and get back to work.

To my fiancé about it right now...she's a PA so almost a doctor...actually she does more lol
 
well ur stomach has shrank up a bit. just hydrate, and eat a little at a time. finish off with a strong recomp. you need to psyic ur self up.other wise ur letting a microscopic being make a ***** out of u. dont get punked by something you can see.

I know its hard right now because I feel weak and still sick. What do you think about going a little loner...my last injection is this Monday...should I extend my cycle?
 
personally i would if you could. its test e so you have 2 weeks past last inject. i would run the cycle an extra 2 weeks, so 4 more injects, that will give you 6 weeks to makes some gains and recomp nicely. at a miniumime i would extend it 2 more weeks to give u a straight month before pct.
 
Sucks bro! I had a similar flu on my last cycle and lost a bunch of weight. Depressing for sure but it was mostly water I bet so you should come back quick bro.

Thanx for the advice bro. I will feel it out and see where I am at in terms of gains to see if I will goo 4 weeks or 6.

Damn brother that sucks. Even if your test is under dosed 1596 is still probably double (probably even more than double) what it usually. I also would extend it out. I had the same symptoms about 6 months ago lost 16 lbs. I wasn't on cycle but didn't really lose any strength just a bunch of water weight. Strength was back full force within a week. Keep your head up bro you'll be man bear pig'n this sh*t in a few days.
 
Sh*ts a mind f**k! I didn't even know how I managed to pin lol. Well, I can stomach some food today so tomorrow I will probably start popping the rest of those orals. I will be taking it slow this week in the gym. I will just work withsome compound multi joint exercises and get my strength back so don't expect anything crazy in terms of weight or lifts. My progress pics will be definitely pushed back too...not feeling to confident right now.
 
I have some left over SD....and my liver is healthy.....hmmmmm. anyone care to share what they think at running it low (10mg) for about a month?

Glad your feeling better. Run the sd at 30 across the board imo. If liver is good why the hell not? Finish in style.

30 is pretty high. But you're a pretty big guy compared to my 170. I would say 20 or 30 all the way if your liver is good. When you were sick you would've lost a lot of glycogen. Too much gear to lose significant muscle. Can't imagine you losing more than a pound if that. So just hit them carbs up. I bet you'll be up 5 lbs in the next week or so.

None, I just kick started my cycle with SD and I have 28 10mg caps left. I could do 28 days at 10 or my last 2 weeks at 20mg...
 
2 weeks at 20 gets my vote. with some extra test if you got it.

Alright guys, I am back and ready to hit the gym. It took a couoke days to feel truly better but I believe I am ready. Today was technically my last injection but......f**k it! I staying on for 28 more days so 2 more weeks of injections, 2 to clear then PCT. I also started SD today. I will run it at 10mg for 28days to further aid my recomp.

I report later with my back/chest work out =)
 
First day back after being sick as f**k is always rough but I still managed a good work out. Kept it short and lighter than uaul of course so I can ease back into things.

Back and chest:

Dead lifts:
225lb, 5x5

Incline smith press:
225lb, 5x5

Close grip lat pull downs:
175lb, 3x8

Pec deck:
150lb, 3x10

Lat extension machine:
140lb, 3x12
**this is my favorite back exercise =) glad I joined this new gym!

Hammer strength decline press:
270lb, 3x6

Cardio:

10minutes full incline speed walk.

First day back was a success. I am loving my new gym, lots of weight to throw around and many different advance machines including hammer strength.

Its the same movement as using a dumbell, Dorian Yates is big on the exercise. The machine allows a greater ranger of motion, basically it targets your lats and isolates them so you don't use any arm movement to contract your lats.

the nautilus lat machine in general is amazing. i love the stretch i get. i use it at the end of a lat day, usually FST-7 style (when i'm at the gym i call home). unfortunately im on the road and the gym here doesnt have one.
Dorian's way was pretty good too but try hitting it at the end with fst. its pretty intense.

That stretch is priceless! Definitely kills my lats and with the machine you need to flex your core hard so I get a nice ab burn too.

Take your elbows off the pads, grip narrow and itll hit tris a bit too. Almost the same way a kickback does if you do kickbacks the way bob cicerello demonstrates in his video.
 
The gym I train has no pullover machine. Real shame. When I worked at a gym we had the whole nautilus line.....

nowadays I use the dumbbell version or the straight arm pushdowns. Definitely is a nice 1st exercise or as a finesh movement with the7s.....

Back pumps are common...and did you get blood work to demonstrate the "lack in sides"?
