Update: sorry guys I was extremely busy yesterday so I didn't get to post my workout. I decided to change up my chest/ back day. I need to work on my lower chest so I am now going to be doing decline smith machine BB presses.

Chest/ back GVT day one, week 2

A1) decline smith machine bench press 10x10, 185lb
A2) pull ups 10x10, BW
B1) flat bench flies 3x10, 40lb (super slow great stretch)
B2) DB rows 3x12, 75lb

Decline bench is amazing! I forgot how much I loved this work out. Used to be my favorite a while back and it was always my strongest press. I used to have such a nice cup in my pec from killing decline but strayed away for a while to work on my upper chest. I also have to mention that smith machine pressing is amazing too. I never use it and it feels really good. I read that article on the news section about smith presses and it completely made sense. At this point my stabilizer muscles are strong. I want to push more weight and get bigger, smith machine will help that and I won't risk injury. My shoulders kill for days after normal benching. I'm talking like serious inflammation that leaves me goinng less inentse on other work outs. With the smith I had no shoulder pain what so ever. I believe I found my new love =) I targeted my lower pecs perfectly, really exaggeratted that 4 second negative.

I have a question for anyone who really knows about pro BB. I feel that when I watch training videos they seem to mainly use the smith machine. Is this because they are just trying to get bigger and develope that muscle because at their point their stabiliers are more than suffient? Or because they lift so much weight its hard to spot them and smith is safer? What is their reasons for smith machine being their go to for so many different lifts?

I don't use a step ladder to reach the top shelf I just stand on my dik
 
I will be taking today off, I had to help my dad move some heavy sculptures around today so I feel pretty good lol. Legs/ traps tomorrow =)

i only use them when im lifting in risky situations. behind the neck press. other wise i prefer to use Big bar. it would help you gain size but it takes alot away from the lift
 
Agreed. I was at work all day yesterday and when I got off to check it there was so much to reply to I said forget it. I just sat back and read some funny a$$ sh*t lol.

Yesterday was a scheduled off day, perfect timing because I worked all day. Today I will hitting. Chest and back when I get done with surgery. I asked my girlfriend to critique my body and we both agreed upon my lower chest needing some serious work. I have been so caught up on getting that barrel upper chest I have neglected my lower...decline time! I used to have such a perfect lower chest when I was younger and a weak upper. After this cycle I will sculpt out my chest in all areas.

Now one week into AL/AD and I am starting to see internal effects. I am becoming so thermogenic its digusting! I thought I sweat a lot before, well now I am in a constant state of dripping =) it is so bad that I had to throw my scrub top in the drier at work for 5 min to dry myself. I am starting to see leaning effects from var and AL but I ate so damn dirty. These past several days that I'm now bloated as f**k! I am going to clean it up quick because I can't stand bloat.

Main thing I like about the AL is that if someone were to just be in love with Test E, running AL significantly helps with that bloat look.
Interesting point here, something I haven't considered for sharing with others.

Agreed. Its more for that dense look too, I mean nothing puts more slabs on me then free weights.

I love that dense look. Thick a$$ muscle son! I am going to use smith machine for a couple of weeks 1) because in all years of training I actually never really touched it and 2) it doesn't put any stress on my shoulder. My left shoulder iss very quick to flare up and inflame for several days after I lift.

I use the hammer strength incline press machine in every workout. It blows my chest up.

I love the hammer and inclines on the smith. They really let you isolate the upper pecs hard. Theyve really helped grow some density and thickness in my pecs.

Tastes just like chipotle's chicken and rice bowl if anyone's tried that? Fu. Ck grilled chicken, I won't eat that **** ever again. So sick of ****img chicken but bro, u will love this **** and so worth the time. Also made homemade granola protein bars yesterday. About 400 calories per bar.

Leg day was a success! I wasn't feeling GVT today because I just wanted to go heavy =) I don't think I have been pushing myself as hard as I could go.

Leg Press:

I just kept adding a plate to each side =) 900 wasn't too bad so next time I will start heavier and break 1000lb.

Leg curl:
130x12
175x6

Leg extensions:
160x12
200x8

Calf raises:
Stackx20x20

Cardio:
Incline speed walk for 15min
*first day of cardio!

Incline walking is something I can get used to. I kept my HR at 150 for 15min and it felt great. I will be doing this ED.
 
Hell yeah man keep up on that cardio and your be shredded bro

Tomorrow I work all day so I will be taking it off from lifting. I will hit cardio for about 30min so I can start getting in the habit of doing it.

I had a triple scoop casein shake. That filled me up and put about 70g of slow digesting protein into my system to sleep on =)

Its amazing how fast my bloat went down and I look tighter from 2 days of eating clean.

I ate like a monter today and managed to get about 400g of protein...I am very satisfied.

I cleaned up my diet for 2 days and I definitely look a lot leaner. Sh*ts amazing! I am going to keep my diet really clean for the rest of cycle so I can't imagine how nice the AL will be =)

I believe the AL is definitely starrting to show its colors. Now I know I do not look that lean yet but you guys have to understand that for the past week I was eating dirty as hell. I cleaned up my diet for 2 days and I definitely look a lot leaner. Sh*ts amazing! I am going to keep my diet really clean for the rest of cycle so I can't imagine how nice the AL will be =)

This Thursday will be 2 weeks. I let the androseries brew for about 2 weeks before I start expecting to see results. For now it is definitely helping with bloating.
 
I stopped by my girlfriends house and help out her father move furniture. He ended up feeding me a big plate of pasta and chicken...couldn't resist =) I have been on point with my diet and only eat carbs on work out days...looks like I am going to hit the gym now haha.

Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday. I ended up doing arms. It was late so I couldn't do GVT because my gym closes early...

Kept the work out short and sweet then hit the treadmill for 25min of cardio. Its shred time!

DB over head tricep press:
75x12x12

Single arm DB over hextensions:
45x8
50x6

Tricep dip isolation machine:
190x12
275x7

DB concentraion curls:
30x10
50x5

Barbell curls:
80x12
135x6

It also drives me nuts to cut it short for cardio but it is something that I really need to incorporate. I have never done cardio and I have always had some fluff.

Today is chest and back. I really enjoy GVT but it takes a while and I need to do cardio. I might do a variation like 6x6 and up the weight. I will post my work out later.

Tomorrow I am going to try and get my hormone levels tested to see where my test levels are at =)

Chest and back was str8 wrecked today. I tore that gym a second, then third a**hole. My pump was skin tearing, gotta love those var pumps =) GVT to for chest and back is truly amazing. I never did the chest/ back combo before and the pumps are addicting. Ended my work out with some abs and cardio. I'm feeling leaner and stronger everyday. I guess you can say I feel like Bane right now, f**king sh*t up.

Chest/Back GVT (slight variation):

A1) Smith Machine Decline Press: 8x8, 245lb
A2) Hammer Grip Pull-ups: 8x6, BW
B1) Flat Bench DB Flies: 3x10, 45lb super slow stretch
B2) DB Rows: 3x12, 75lb

Ok now I was f**king pumped...

Abs: Tri-set

Trunk flexion Machine, 3x8, 150lb
DB Side Benders: 3x10, 75lb
Leg Lifts: 3x10, BW

Finished up my work out with some cardio

Incline treadmill: 23min, 350 cal burn.

Feeling like a beast. I am super agressive in the gym and all I want to do is keep going heavy.

Var gives amazing pumps bro! My vascularity is incredible. Even at my leanest wheb I used to wrestle I was never vascular.

Its some good sh*t but I am now doing variations of it. I can't help but to take over and design work outs. The xore structure is GVT but my reps are somewhat different. I love going heavy =)

I am going to try and get blood taken today. Does it matter what time I get it dome or if I need to be fasted? It is just going to be a hormone panel.

Do it in the morning. Fasted doesn't matter for hormones as much as cholesterol, but I would still not eat directly before the test.
