DAY 65

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been busy lately..

So far the workouts have been magnificient. I just get these pleasing comments: "You've changed!" etc... And that regular "are you on roidz??" question! I have been sore as hell all the time, more veiny and muscular than ever. I just feel so good! Diet has been excellent, but I will have to say that stress is an important factor in muscle development. I have been very stressed, but still managed to put on several pounds! I will post pics at the end!
 
DAY 65

This was an amazing leg day! I break a PR on many lifts and was very satisfied!!


DAY 67

The workout was just amazing today. I felt so good it's just sick. These shrugs were just so painfull I thought I was in hell LOL. But the gains are just coming and it's not stopping!
 
DAY 70

Let me just tell ya I was sore like HELL!!! I got some Yellow N Gen 2 from CL. I will provide some feedback over here:

I had my 3 caps in pre wo. and went, like usual, to the gym to do back, bi's. I was unusually happier than before, less shy (because when I train, I frown my eyebrows all the time) than before, and even did some extra sets of new exercises.

You know the feeling you get when you get out of the gym, like you are in total peace with yourself, not angry, just clear minded, because you trained so hard? Well it hasn't been there it's been awhile. My doubts are no longer doubts!
 
12 lbs on X-Factor? Is that for real? Is it all lean, or is there some possible chub from the diet?
 
And, I know very little about AA, but is there any way to stack it with hormonal products? Or is that a dumb idea?
 
DAY 72

Crucial SICK workout. I rocked those deads like it's a peanut! I crushed these tri's like I didn't want to make em live. I think they'll survive though :D.
 
DAY 76

Today was probably the best workout I've had in the whole log. Yeah, the whole log. I first started doing my chest, PR's everywhere! I used the 85 dumbells pumping em like they were peanuts. Then I felt like I was chatting too much with friends, because I know almost everyone there lol. I started to speak with a man who was about 60, and he was looking great. He was talking bout his job, he works for a grocer, and how hard the job was, but he was laughing about it. Anyways, all he was saying just made me feel so bad. Sometimes I feel like crap for small arguing, and I don't realize that near me, some have it 100 times worse, and you don't even know, because they are still looking happy. I worry about an exam and wonder if I did 60 or 70, when some don't know if they'll survive a night in drug debts.. All of this to say I am very sensible to these things, and I've chatted a little while with the guy, just to show him some people still care. He showed me a new way to train my arms, and I was PUMPED!! That guy was out of the gym with a smile on his face, and me as well as I was pumped!lol.

All this to say I'm sore, pumped and happy person, and realized a lot of things today.
 
DAY 83

Allright!!!!! Fasten your seatbelts, I'm PUMPED!!! I've added Incarnate to the mix, and I am seeing a really nice improvement in my joints's condition. My knees were a little sore, but nothing I can't live with. Since it was in my closet, I might as well use it! Now I am rocking the dumbells, and can't stop training, even if I am as sore as a turtle who walked 10000 miles. I trained my upper body today, brought new exercises on the table, which will make me even more sore than ever!!! I now am about 215 in the AM. Some is fat-water, but I really got the weird looks from my roommates :D
 
DAY 90

This is the time of exams, so the last update (hopefully pics) will be at day 100 with measurements.

Today's workout was simply intense, and I really was pumped like a mad man. There was a nice looking girl roaming around, so I pushed a little more. It's a real motivation for me! I am still sore everywhere, so the AA is really doing it's job!

I remember you saying something about getting 20 bottles of X-Factor. Are you gonna do the 1 year long journey @ 2g of X-Factor ? :head:

Would there be added benefit from dosing higher than 1g or does the effectiveness cap off at some point ?

1g would be a safe dose. something like 2g wouldnt be safe. Overdosing could mean trouble. I believe the higher the dose, the quicker it kicks in.

Im a bit surprised by your progress pics because your first pics dont show your legs. Those things are massive. How do you manage to fit into jeans. I find that I get into trouble when trying to get into my jean. I had to buy size 36 for bulking purposes. :lol:

Hahaha... Ha. For the jeans, it's probably the most frustrating thing I've ever had lol. I am constantly trying to buy some that fit nicely, and it's a hell of a job lol. But they got some size recently, so I just have one pair that fits lol. I got like 10 pairs theyre new, just sitting in my closet, that I bought like a few months ago...

My gains aren't that sick, I dunno, I see myself as small... But you definetly got some incredible gains man. Stay motivated!!

Sorry man I didn't see this.. I beleive the effectiveness increases. Definetly, but going too high might just cause some waste of money, and an unknown safety...
