I have been seeing a lot of sumo pulling in tights. Or leggings, whatever you call it. I'd wear shorts over them tho if you go that route.
Sorry reg I forgot to respond. Truthfully, i just rake the fuk out of my quads. I don't always get it bad though, I still haven't figured out why some days i do it and some days i dont. Could be technical, could just be bc I didn't cut my nails. Dunno. There's really no specific way (that i know of) to mitigate that issue other than im sure the leggings route would work, but that aint happening for me.
Don't tell Duffin.I will never, ever, wear leggings. It's by far the gayest male trend I've ever seen. While they are called leggings they are by definition: yoga pants. And yoga pants are for girls.
Maybe I do need to trim my nails.
Not bad.I just found a seller of Barbell Standard weights, selling at 60¢/pound. I'm getting 490# tomorrow. I'm so excited. They are competition legal
Don't tell Duffin.
Not bad.
Food sensitivities is very real. Gluten is a scape goat however. But glaiden can cause the opening of tight junctions in the digestive tract leading to leaky gut like symptoms and further digestive issues etc. glaiden comes from gluten btw. But this effect varies from person to persona and is does and time exposure dependent.

It is what it is. Duffin is a girl.

Hey you push enough gear thru a woman and she'll turn back into a man, more or less
I do know some very strong people that wear leggings, but typically they use them in combination with at least gym shorts if not also as slippers for Rehband warm pants or briefs/suit bottoms. They're basically long underwear so idk how people just walk around with their nuts out - that's where it gets weird for me.
Whatd you think about the belt squats man?
I liked them except the awkwardness of bending down to hook up the chain. There's probably a better way I haven't figured out yet
I mistakenly had food "allergies" (IGE tests) bloodwork instead of food "sensitivities" bloodwork. Anyone know about these?
Yes, you want an igg test done. Life extension offers a food safe allergy test that captures this and no dr needed.
I've been looking for where I can get these IGG tests done. Thanks brother.

1-3x a week for actual RH. Use it less frequently for a variation of rows as well. How often do you use it?
Did you get a chance to check out the FB page called Functional Fitness Garage Sale?
Nice session Beastman!
I'm sure some people bench that way. Not sure that the shoulders would like it long term. With light loads it might be okay.
For floor press I use a pinky on rings grip and my triceps hit before the bar hits my chest. A wider grip might change that. Plates aren't supposed to touch the floor, at least to my knowledge.
On floor press you should just go down until your elbows/tris hit the ground. Im honestly confused as to how you got so low where the plates were hitting the ground. You use a low j hook and unrack like a normal bench

This. I was like WTH when you said you touched your chest - I have long arms and don't bench wider than pinky on rings so I suppose ultrawide like that with regular arms might get you there. BUT the limiting measure for ROM on floor press is typically when the triceps have contacted and you let the weight pause at least enough not to bounce it.

Could get these and pull inside your rack. They also make pegs that slide under (on the outside of your platform) the side of the platform that you could look into
I would suggest wrapping the band around the rack peg and then just using a dumbbell for the opposite side if you don't want to pull in the rack.My rack will have pegs inside. I was wanting some outside as well in case I was lazy.
I would suggest you stop whining so much
I bench with middles on the rings at times when my arm says FU and it works pretty good. Not as explosive as pinky on rings, but not a huge drop off either. It's all relative to the lifter ya IMO
True. I'd hate to become you.
Agreed. Most of the time I don't wanna be me
Carriage bolts with large washers would work.
I don't have room under the plywood unless it's flat. I've seen nuts that have pointy things that lock into wood to be flush, do they make those in bolts as well?
This is a carriage bolt:
