TESTing OUT CORE'S NEW 'CORE ALPHA'

nothing new to report, things are going real well...forgot if i mentioned it or not but started 2nd bottle!!!
 
time for a 1 bottle review...keep in mind that i was off test cyp for 3 of these 4 weeks so test levels whould have been way below norm.

libido-up
sleep-up
mood-up
endurance-up
strength-no change
body composition-i lost 2lbs, but leaned up noticeably

these are very nice results imo, since my test level was in deficet...now that i am back on test cyp i am eager to see what core alpha can do!!!

Those are very good results for being out of TRT for a bit, I bet you will see the effects of Core Alpha much more now that test dosing goes back to normal.

already am!!!
worked out this morning and felt great, this morning was also my 2nd injection back on test so i felt very strong and alpha!!!

libido is really cranking!!! pumps are coming after just a few sets and growing from there. endurance is also good. and sleep is fantastic....this 2nd bottle of core alpha is really gonna shine, i can feel it!!!!

tsk tsk - when roger is in it, I wouldn't exactly call it "up for grabs" lol...altho with rafa and his issues and novak struggling, sure opens some possibilities indeed
I predicted awhile back that roger would finish career with 19 slams, so this seems to be the perfect opportunity to get within one of that total

i really thought rogers best chance was wimbleton this year, but of course i am a fed fan and will always root for roger...too bad every sport can't have a champion as classy as RF!!!

all this tennis talk makes me want to play....found a buddy who was available for a few hours this evening!!!
 
played tennis for almost 2 hours yesterday evening....guy i played never plays singles sets so it was just rallying. nice to work on some drills for technique and rallying is actually faster paced than sets, imo...either way, got a good workout in. today is an off day, i taped fri night fights from last night and just watched that....now it's time for tennis!!!GO FED!!!
 
hey snags...what happened to your guy dimitrov?lol...at least raonic is still in it!!! i always pull for fed, but don't count raonic out, i pick raonic to at least get a set...dare i say if roger lets off the gas milos has a chance for the win!!!

raonic has a lot of work to do on his game
I mean other than that serve, he really doesn't have much talent - he's not athletic, doesn't move well, doesn't return well, shot selection is highly questionable....it's just one match, and roger has made many a men look foolish thru the yrs .. but I think raonic looks horrible out there tonight
 
i think roger federer is merely showing why he is the most talented tennis player of all time, imo.

lol....roger is a classy guy, but you don't win 17 slams without having an ego!!!

how many slams you won milos, lol.....but i have to give raonic credit, the guy wants it bad, real bad!!! he will get better....
 
roger looking great again today, if not a tad bit uncomfortable with the pace in the early going..
and ferrer -- such an underrated player, has all the tools, just too small to ever hang with the big boys -- he plays almost flawlessly with just a couple bad errors (2 double-faults in 8th game stand out lol), but he STILL loses first set 6-3
fed never ceases to amaze

fed reminds me a lot of johnny mac back in the day only with a bigger serve and better forehand. both have a lot of style and finesse, imo

geesh...not talking about personality, it's how they played the game. like fed, mac was an artist who didn't rely on power strokes, and both were very crafty. the things johnny mac was able to do with those old wooden racquets was pretty amazing. but i am probably more familiar with mac because i grew up in his era, we are almost the same age-i am 5 months older.

I recently watched an old match between mac & Connors on grass, and yeah it's amazing the difference in the speed of the game then vs now, just really night & day

back then a major player like mac or connors traveled with a coach possibly a trainer and a few family or friends...now you have dieticians/strength coaches/trainers/hitting patners/and sometimes 2 coaches/a masseuse plus the family and friends...but the main difference is the equiptment.... sampras playing on the senior tour remarked how much better his backhand is with a modern racquet, well pete you should have tryed playing with the old woodies that were around in the days of jimmy and johnny mac, lol.

i just thought of another comparison, rafa and bjorn borg. borg was in my opinion the fittest guy in his era, and used an incredible amount of topspin. can you imagine the jump borg's shots would get with todays racquests and strings, and borg went topspin on both wings equally well, imo.
 
got a little sidetracked but on target now....core alpha is improving strength slowly particularly since starting 2nd bottle. i haven't increased the weight on my normal routine yet but i have added extra reps. going to add 5lbs to bp/lat pulldowns/dead lift/squat for tomorrows workout and see where i am at. i've been finishing my normal routine with more left in the tank than usual so endurance is also up!!!

been kinda down today, looks like the cataracts in my dog sids eyes are getting worse...it saddens my heart to see him this way....but he sure does brighten up when either or both of the grandaughters are around!!!

not to sidetrack your thread again, but - yeah, I see the borg comparsion, he was a great player
you know who else was good - and makes me think of a comparison with pete Sampras - was ivan lendl
both those guys had pretty flawless if not very mechanical games, and both had the personality of a peanut shell

after close to 30 years of hard drinking my liver values have been over the norm for many years, every 5 years or so i've had a liver biopsy done. my new doctor at the V.A decided on a ct scan with contrast instead. yesterday i went to indy for the ct scan, almost as soon as i got home my gastroenterologist was on the phone telling me that a spot she thinks may be cancerous was found on my liver. she has me scheduled for an mri to get a better look.


i am stopping all supps at this time until i can clear them with my doctor.

sorry tommy and core, i really hate to reneg on a log...hopefully i will be able to pick it back up soon!!!

mri will confirm, but doc is concerned it is cancer. i am in good hands, i have a lot of confidence in my doctors. treatment is pretty straightforward, but she put me on transplant list just in case it comes to that.

So sorry to hear the bad news Tom :( You will be in my prayers and thoughts. I really hope the MRI shows no cancer.

We are family here brother and just like blood family goes, health comes first before anything else. You will be in my prayers my friend, just keep us updated and things. Stay strong and remember we are here for you.
