TESTing OUT CORE'S NEW 'CORE ALPHA'

not fun at all...after midnight tonight no solid food-bloody hell!!!

this morning was my last dose of any and all supplements of any kind including core alpha.

this other crap including drinking a gallon of chalk is 10x worse than the procedure itself!!!

OH NO NOT THE CHALK STUFF!!!! I hear it's horrible. I don't look foward to the day I have to do that. Hope everything goes well brother. I have a ct scan myself tomorrow.

interesting factoid:
children who eat chalk may suffer from an eating disorder called PICA....
between 10% and 30% of kids ages of 1 to 6 years have this eating disorder, which is characterized by persistent and compulsive cravings (lasting 1 month or longer) to eat nonfood items...

everything went as well as could be expected, removed 2 small polyps that doc said doesn't look cancerous-have to wait for biopsy. when i woke up i had a kingsized headache, just going to tae it easy today....going to take 2 core alpha at bedtime!!!once again, thanks for the support guys!!!

Ouch indeed. I'll be praying for you brother. I won't know anything about Ct scan for week or so but I def don't like that dye they put into you. I have had a headache from hell. Hope you get great news!!!

went to the gym this morning and felt really weak, that is ok though, i knew that i was going to feel that way---but wanted to go anyway!!!


probably going to take one or both of the dogs to the park this evening for some cardio.
 
worked out in basement this morning, still not back to full strength yet-colonoscopy must have taken more out of me than i had thought.

i was starting to gain some strength from core alpha, today i felt like i was almost back to where i was before i started. muscle hardness and the quick pump effect are still going strong though, i think i lost 3lbs from the 'colon cleanse', look and feel leaner. really no noticeable effect on libido, still slightly elevated. mood is good, feel good...no sides to report.
 
Im glad your feeling lil better but def hope you get back to the TOMMY I know soon!!
 
been busy this morning, getting ready to head for basement workout...more later.
 
had a better workout today...again pumps came quickly, and muscle fullness/hardness is still there. i noticed a spike in libido, hope it lasts-i feel more alpha when my libido is strong. also felt increase in appetite, maybe it is a crossover from drinking chalk and fasting, not sure?


what i do know is i am feeling more energetic today than last few days, starting to feel more like my old self again!!!


still dosing 1 alpha AM/ 1 alpha PM...and sleep is fantastic

both are nice...2 before bed really enhances sleep, but 1 1st thing in morning gives a nice boost to the day. i think i prefer splitting them up!!!
 
played tennis yesterday with an old high school *****. this guy is really into fitness, runs 15k's often and once a year does a marathon. kinda nice when i saw him trying to hide the fact he was sucking wind, lol. tennis is more sprint than a marathon pace. we each won 2 sets and called it a draw, competitive juices were really high and felt good afterwards---this guy was a senior when i was a freshman and used to beat me easily.

libido seems to be hit or miss today was a hit!!!!

the V.A miscalculated by 3 weeks on my test cyp so it's been 3 weeks since my last injection, it was suppossed to ship on the 2nd but they waited until yesterday-didn't come today. just put in a refill and this time it is scheduled to ship in 2.5 months...that is 2 weeks in my favor. the good news is core alpha has been keeping me sane, the wife said she is amazed i haven't been more b!tchy like i usually am when i am off test for any length of time....strength/endurance/motivation/mood and libido are all holding up....i guess it is a good thing i started core alpha when i did!!! can't wait to see the boost i get tomorrow when my test come---gonna do 400mg since i have a little extra!!!!

What's your protocol? Are you taking the whole 400 at once, then when would your next shot be/how much?
 
Glad Core Alpha was helping during the wait time without Test, I bet once your back to the normal test dosing the 2 will be a great combo!

don't get me wrong, not saying core alpha is same as test, but it definately helped get me through a rough spot...kinda like putting a doughnut on when you get a flat, not really good for high speed, but will get you where you need to be, lol.



yeah, really looking forward to seeing effects of core alpha skyrocket once i am back on test....mail should be here in less than 2 hours, can't wait!!!


btw-1st bottle is getting a little low.....still have a full bottle to go, :arms:
 
Yes I agree and it def increases libido even when it's already high. Poor wifey hahahaha
 
my test did NOT come yesterday...but it DID just arrive-welcome home!!!


i was gonna do 1 400mg make up shot...but instead went with 2-- 200mg shots-1 for each cheek, lol.

still have 3 days left of 1st bottle of core alpha left, now that i am back on test it's gonna be a fun ride for dat der 2nd bottle!!!
 
i have just one thing to say...ALPHA

one thing to note, i hear of guys on trt who have normal test levels in the high 200's even 300's before going on trt. my test level was double digits[under 100]when i started trt...i am amazed that core alpha kept my mood/energy level/libido as high as it did for the 3 weeks+ that i was off test cyp....now that i am back on again i can't wait to see what it can do, already feeling swole and mentaly [mood wise] i feel like i am soaring!!!

appetite is insane, not even trying to control it, just going with it.

just me, trying out core nutritions new test booster, it's the 1st core product i have tried...trying to twist jd's arm into sending me some core ABC, lol. core has an interesting lineup and is recommended by some heavy hitters!!!
