Yeah definitely is. Especially since i wanna get a bf under 10, thinkin like 6-8% for wedding in november. ill get on a strict diet few months before hand. but the Liquidrone has definitely made an impact on my workout and physique.
today was a good day, until i saw that bottle of LD its low!
think ill be out of it tomorrow maybe sun. i have class all day tomorrow so hopefully ill have enough for sundays w/o, no gym tomorrow. i felt pretty darn good all day, especially during the w/o. intense and aggression was up, buddy was takin crap while i was liftin, wanted to hit him in the face. :buttkick:

Flat DB press- 20x65, 12x80, 10x100, 3x120, 8x100, 6x100
Decline- DB- 15x70lbs- BB- 10x225, 10x225, 10x185 real slow
Sittin cable incline flys- 10x40, 10x50, (10x50 dropset 10x30) x2
standing cable decline flys- 12x60x3, 12x70
Then i did a combination with the cable machine, flys, press, press/twist, then some uneven pushups to insolate each pec. then i went home!
So the w/o went good. the elbow is still a lil tender, upped the fish caps, definitely helped but should have had something while taking LD. i do feel like the sublingual process works very well, some days i feel as though it has an instint kick, others times it takes a bit. but itll happen.
