Dosed 20mg SD, 25mg exemstane and all the other stuff.

Ugh only had 6 hours sleep after my extended period of being awake. Tonight's going to be a long night. Anyway I hit back before work tonight.

Straight arm pulldowns
No weights on stack but 5 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 8. Strict 30 secs rest periods. I flex my lats for the 30 second rest period.

This tempo and FST work gives an incredible burn and pump. So I realized today that my taurine as potassium is 200km away in my other house so needless to say back pumps were an issue today. Heading home tomorrow so it shouldn't be an issue from now on.
Regarding my sensitive nips I started dosing exemstane at 25mg ED for the next few days then will drop to 12.5mg ED until it subsides or i start showing signs of low estrogen.
Calories will be a minimum of 3382. I do have more food for later if I get hungry if not ill leave it at that.

Damn dude those tempos are killer! I bet the pumps are sick

Having and off day today. Only had 3 hours sleep after night shift so I'm feeling quite lethargic. I will be hitting it twice a day for the next three focussing on a weak aspect in my afternoon session.
Nips still tender but already feeling better than a couple days ago.
 
Dude, don't feel ashamed by taking a day off! There's no way anyone should train after 3 hrs of sleep!

Yeah I usually schedule my first day after night shifts as an off day. I just don't have it in me. As I work an even time on / off roster ill be doing plenty of two a days over the next 8 weeks. Shock my body into some growth. :)

Would just like to mention that the research chem aromasin i have tastes like dirty gym socks, I haven't tasted dirty gym socks but I imagine this is what they'd taste like.

Yeah, you get something like that or some sort of nail polish. I always go under the tongue for better absorption

Don't know what was up today, things just felt light. Huge pr on the smith shoulder press. 15kg 35lb up from my last pr so ill def take that!!
Didn't really have time for a second workout but I snuck In a 35 minute bicep session.
I didn't have my notebook with me but I did
close grip lat pulldowns, preacher curls,db curls and a tri set to finish them off bb curls, high pulley double biceps and cable rope curls. Had an incredible pump.
Diet was very disorganised today but I preprepared a ****load of mashed sweet potato, greens and chicken breast today so tomorrow should be better.

Wedding planning got in the way of my workout today, had the ****s about it too lol. Hit legs anyways and it went like this

Had to skip out on calves but I should have time to make up for it tomorrow. The higher reps have me a painful pump. Struggled to walk down the two flights of stairs afterwards lol.
The tenderness of my nipples is almost gone completely. :) I had my first bp headache dying today's workout and some crippling back pumps during squats. I dosed taurine and potassium prior to hitting the gym so I don't know wtf was up with that.
Diet was decent enough I did have abit more protein powder than usual but that because I've just been lazy. 3305 cals 317g protein 302g carbs 90g fats. Might have a peanut butter and jam sandwich a bit later just to get me over that 3500 mark.

I don't usually but I have been loving enhanced lately... Maybe ill cut it back out again. Thanks for that I didn't even think about stims effect on bp!

I took a full serving of speedx for first time while taking 25mg dbol and I took 1 cap of freakazol and holy hell I had the most insane workout and deff could tell bp was elevated. I started taking just a half a serving and nomore headaches.
 
Day 22

Pinned my left quad today, painless but I must've nicked a vein on the way out, blood everywhere, looked like a murder scene. Took a bit to get going for my workout this morning but once I got going I smashed a huge pr :)

Did some calves and wide grip chins to finish off. Been adding in wide grip chins at the end of every workout. Strength was down to begin with but once I got in the mood everything felt light. My previous pr was 52.5kg 105lb per side so to smash out the 135 a side had me feeling pretty good.
Diet was ordinary, was only supposed to go out for a couple hours.... 8 hours later and I'm still not home.
Had another bp headache today and a bleeding nose, pulled out the bp cuff and its broken... Nips feeling good, libido is sky high, no bloat :)

It is on the agenda. I will patiently wait for next summer though. Already done ordering for this one and I don't plan on using it for my winter bulk. It will be in the plans for sure though.

Yeah I'm going to have sides because of my test dosage being so high but for 4 - 6 weeks I'm just going to have to deal with them. I have the proper supports so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Don't know wtf had been up these last few days but I have been seriously dragging my ass all day except gym time where I perk up and am energetic as hell then post workout back to being lethargic and unmotivated to do anything but sit and do nothing. Hit some back today

I'm looking forward to getting off SD. I want to dead lift again and the back pumps make it impossible :( weights that were heavy as **** a week or two ago are feeling light as feathers. My body composition is changing nicely, and I'm looking extremely full and tight all the time.
Nips are still sensitive but not getting better or worse, better than when it first started but still quite sensitive.
Diet was decent 3271 cals 290g protein 316g carbs and 89g fats.
 
Day 24

Dosed 20mg sd, 25mg exemstane and everything else, I ran out of hawthorn, brought some more but since going back out to the mines I've umm misplaced it.... Hopefully ill be ok for a few days without it but if I start getting headaches or nosebleeds ill cut the sd short. :(

Not much to report today tried to workout after work only to get there and realize its a public holiday and the gyms closed. Will have to make up for it tomorrow an make today and Wednesday my scheduled off days.
 
Day 25

Slept miserably, worked 13hours really didn't feel like doing anything in the gym..... But I went down anyways an hit some arms, was strapped for time but still was pretty decent

35 minutes and an awesome pump later I was done. I haven't done dips in ages due to a niggling pain in my sternum area but it was non existent today. Hopefully I can add weight to them next week :)

Going on holiday tomorrow, got a week off for my bachelor party this weekend.

Also, go heavy on liver support over the bachelor party weekend. No tylenol (acetaminophen) as its super hard on the liver. Aspirin or ibuprofen only.

Yeah I used to be able to do bw + 110lb but I won't be attempting that anytime soon. I'm planning on adding additional milk thistle and my last few days of TUDCA. I'm not showing any signs of liver stress, no brown urine, yellowing around the eyes, nothing. I am a bit worried however as I don't drink usually, last time I drank was last year and i had to stop after three beers as I couldn't string together a sentence LOL! I am looking forward to the penthouse suite at the Hilton tho :)
 
Day 26

Nothing much to report on today. Drive 13 hours with no one but my two bulldogs for company, they're not overly interesting to talk to so it was a long day. Ate 4 slices of bread, a whole chicken, two home made gainer shakes and to my surprise there was a roast lamb waiting for me when I got to the Gold Coast.
 
Day 27

20mg SD, 25mg aromasin

Hit some chest and a bit of shoulders today. Trying to get in the groove in a different gym is not very fun. I'm a creature of habit and don't like change lol.

I don't have my notebook handy but I did smith shoulder press, barbell bench, barbell incline, supersets if purestrength shoulder press and purestrength chest press and finished off with a tri set of cable flyes, cable reverse flyes and six ways.

Can honestly say I felt like a girl doing six ways. Could only manage 10lb DBs. And they were a struggle lol. Diet hasn't been too bad, the only thing not on my diet was two steamed dim sims from noodle box :|
Sides are all in check, nips feeling ok libido is still sky high and zero bloat.

They are brutally humbling.

Someone at my old gym used to do these, me and buddy called them "cheerleaders" lol... But yes they are awful, can't do heavy weight with those.
