Test booster Recomp

thats y ill cruise at 125mg per week and bum it up when i run tren or npp, and then cruise when im done.. and not come off till i find hCG.

haha i guess soo. but after this blast cruise is when i decide if i wanna be on forever, for ease of everything.

actually over my years of use, ive gotten pretty good ate knowing when im recovering. or how my body works during that time. I gained a lot of smarts on cycling off injectables.

what your talking about is called abuse and I tell you because I care and hate to see some one like yourself mess themselves up. you go down this road what your talking about you are seriously messing yourself up. Buy a good book like Anabolic s 9th edition and study it

No offense Crazyfood. I just think you are unknowable in how serious hormonal s are,how they effect your body, like cardiovascular system, and the breaks needed to be taken.

Personally I only use over the counter because I like sleeping at night no second guessing whether I have guys dressed in black with masks ready to bust down my door. Even with over the counter two times a year maximum with lower to moderate dosing, never high. with at least 4-8 months off in between cycles and get blood work from your Doctor.

No bloodwork= no cycle, this is not a poors mans sport. You need insurance or money for blood testing and yes it is a MUST. You always need to make sure your testosterone levels, ast, alt, etc everything in a male hormone panel comes back within normal ranges after pct is completed.
 
Oh for sure. I definetly get bloods done ! Its just how I work things. I know what I'm dealing with don't get me wrong. I like it though and I definetly know how the endocrine and cardiovascular system is taxed.

BTW blood work is this thursday, along with checkin T levels, and STD test lol just gotta be sure im 100 percent for this next ride.

im debating wether i wanna see this girl again or just be friends. me an my ex have been havin problems but i wanna be with her. so another reason for STD test. i wont sleep with my ex til i get that checked out.

what else.... uhmm. i pooped and lost a pound today. i woke up at 189.2. i eat too much. libido is good, wood is debateable. Im going to see if i can get hCG or something from doc or at the very least a prescirption SERM.

uhmm i also think that testo isnt helping my wood all that much, on days im off of it, i actually feel beter and have more spontanious erections n ****. Maybe just me but felt the need to say it. i may just take 8 caps ED to finish the bottle sooner.

do you guys want the blood work done while ON testo, on perform, On both (you give me doses), or on nothing...

i was going to go on nothing just so i know where i am for my cycle, meaning i wont take any this week (starting today), or ill just stop takin it wednesday. still not sure.
 
decent arms and shoulder workout, i do this muscle group till i feel its enough since i get a lot of bi and tri work with back and chest, and some shoulders.

my arms grow unproportionally to the rest of my body, when i dont want them to gro... they do and vice versa, so i came to the conclusion ill do 5 sets for bis, 8 sets for tris,

and then 12 for shoulders (need to gro) first stuff would be heavy then rear delt then medial delts.

did fasted training today with 2 perform 4 testo and 2 NPs.

****ing awesome.
 
What do you consider fasted? Four+ hours since previous meal?

Just curious. I've never really played with this too much b/c I'll puke if I eat to closely before my workouts, especially on leg day.

fasted for me is................ morning after i wake up lol.

thats when i work out ALWAYS otherwise its 5 hours after a meal that i consider fasted.

NIce work!! and fasted workouts are the worst!! I eat about 2hrs before. . .gives the food enough time to digest some what!! and GIVE ME THAT ENERGY!!!
 
i had no energy drop, i actually had good energy and nasty as **** ketone breath. which i tend to get after like 5 hours of not eating.
 
i wont know till tomorrow, i feel like i cant do compound heavy stuff like squats and leg presses anymore, always end up hurting (not a good way). So maybe lounges. and leg ext should be it for me with SLDL and ham curls

Very strange Testopro make me feel like a 3 peckered goat. Guess it affects you differently.

Hmmmm. . . very wierd. . .i will say that i have not experienced n e of those side effects. . .if n e thing it was more like CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA CHOOOO CHOOOOO :party: hahaha. . .but each person is different

Pullup record this weekend. 33 in a set

And bench 185 for 20 on flat

Strength better now rthen last summer on trenbolone at lighter weight.
