I like high rep shoulders as well, I like doing at the end off press days, side raisesx10, front raises x10, side raises thumbs up x10, front raises thumbs up x10, side raises thumbs down x10, front raises palms up x10. Just do it with 15 pounders and my shoulders get such a sick pump.
 
Today as back and it was a hell of a workout?
Everything was four sets except for deadlifts.

Same as reverse hypers

Deadlifts

6 sets of 275x6 reps with 20 sec rests in between
Sweating a little bit there.

Nice, that is quick, I know Andy felt like his libido went up the first day. I'm on a break at the moment, but decided to try a day out myself and also noticed a boost in libido, I have a good feeling about the new titanium :D
 
Ok first things first, the libido is boosted for sure! I started on monday and its only Thursday! Today was legs and I did something different that I do every once in a while. I take all my lifts and drop the weight and all negatives are 5 sec. and did 4 sets of everything.

Workout went like this

Lying leg curl
90x8

Leg ext
90x15

Squat
135x8

Hack squat
135x8

BB stiff deads
135x12

Then I did two sets of front squats, ass to floor with 5 sec negatives
135x8

Legs were burning like crazy and super pumped! I like switching up workout often makes everything more fun.
 
Front squats are fun! They are my main assistance lift to the deadlift and I accidently read my notes wrong and lifted too heavy for the first set. Still nailed it! Great update Pete! How do you know the libido is up? "Good" mornings or is the lady friend noticing?

This morning was very "good"! I can't believe this is only my fifth day and the libido is crazy! It's like everything makes you ready to go, if you know what I mean. This so far is way better than DAA

All sets are very slow and controlled with most of my negatives at 3 sec.

Arms were SWOLE baby! The combo of Supp-D and Titanium are great. I definitely want to do another run of this but 8 weeks of Titanium with Acute FX!

Ok, to start off libido is going great, the mornings are nice! Your pretty much ready to go at the drop of a hat all day long! Had a great back workout today. I went to my brother in laws gym which I thought was a commercial gym but definitely not. It was a golds gym that got new owners, they changed the name and updated a lot with a bunch renovations and new equipment, it is a sick gym. If I lived closer I would join in a heartbeat, only $22 a mth! My back workout was great, through a couple biceps in at the end, lifted a lot and was sweating like crazy, had a great time! Amazing workout, I didn't want to stop, had tons of energy and was lifting a lot more weight than usual! Not sure if its a combo of the titanium and the supp-d but I was really vascular! Great stack! I would definitely recommend it!
 
I couldn't believe the weight I was lifting, especially on 1 arm DB rows, I remember I could only do 100's x 5 for my last set!
 
Super high volume back workout. Sounds like Titanium is pushing you to new limits! Are those one arm DB rows without a strap? If so you've got some serious grip strength!

BB shrug(alt between holding the BB in front then rear with a 3 sec hold at the top)-ss-standing DB press - no rest between sets just keep going back and fourth till all 4 ss are done

Traps and shoulders were pumped and sore after this!
 
Sorry guys super busy yesterday so I totally forgot to post my leg workout. My knee has been bothering me lately and popping when I put a lot of weight on the bar so I do more of a volume workout and it seems to do the trick cause I could barely walk up the stairs when I'm done!

Thanks, but years of hockey(preschool through college) took a toll on the knees and ankles. I try to go as heavy as I can when there not bothering me. Bought to post my sick arm workout today! Pumped like crazy! Just wondering, but my vascularity has been insane lately, is this something that titanium is known for?

I tend to notice better vascualrity with Fenugreek, it does have GDA properties, so this will give an increase in vascularity.

Oh yea, definitely can tell a difference! I'm going to post yesterday's and today's workout a little later today. My diet is about 90-95% clean right now, I'm looking leaner and A LOT more defined! My lifts are getting stronger as well, stuff that was hard before is actually easy now and I'm lifting more weight, I got a new PR today on back! I actually got an OG bottle of Titanium XL, so I'm going to run that right after this bottle. I heard that you should run fenugreek for 8 weeks for best results. I was going to take 4 caps of the OG spaced though out the day. Just wondering if that's a good idea.

Thanks man, I can't believe I'm rowing over 100's with ease now! I remember struggling only getting 100lb DB's for only like 5 reps on a good day!

I just switched over from one arm rows to Kroc rows and at first I was disappointed because I barely felt anything... Until the next day lol. Great numbers man. Clean diet, leaning up, and strengthening up all at the same time? Titanium is really shining here!

With the old formula I would do 2 caps, twice a day.

So far what I'm seeing with the new formula it's very much improved from the last, the Plantago and Chlorophytum are giving better effects than I even expected, Athletix hit the hammer on this one and made one hell of a sick product.

Looking forward to trying this.. probably be starting it Thursday! That said it will be in a cocktail of supplements for my pct.
