Apologies for quoting an older post, but I do like this combination as well.
4 caps of Growth Factor XT at night has been absolutely great, even miraculous, for me. I’m experimenting with (adding) Sleep Support XT currently and it takes things slightly, but noticeably, further.
I recently started taking Mood Support XT, I like it best at 2 caps at around 2PM (workout from 11-12AM), it facilitates a smoother transition from a hectic work day into a relaxed evening.
I’m now considering to try adding more doses of Growth Factor XT, for example 2 at waking and/or 2 pre WO, but I absolutely want to stick to the 4 at night. I guess I can just try this myself but am wondering if others have been experimenting with this and/or have other recommendations.

I'm really glad that you're liking Growth Factor XT - I think that it is a great and very overlooked product.
I agree that adding Sleep Support XT to it does increase sleep quality too.
Great point about Mood Support XT - I like the way you worded that about the transition. I couldn't think of how to phrase, but I take it a lot of days when the staff here leaves and my day transitions to more research and writing and it does help me relax into changing gears and speeds to focus on my work and decompress.
There would be nothing wrong dosage wise with increasing your Growth Factor XT dosage like you're suggesting. I know several people that have done that and liked it, especially people that were/are naturally anxious. If you try it, I look forward to hearing how you like it.
single ingredient would be fine. Lobliner is saying he prefers upwards of 10-20g per day, fwiw
