Was basing that off Epi-Plex. But 300mg Api with an absorption enhancer would be nice. Why 20 mg. Bioperine vs. 10 mg. Bioperine and 25 mg. AstraGin? Just curious.
Thank you for posting that. That's why I had askedOf note:
AstraGin vs. BioPerine (Piperine)
AstraGin seems to have complex mechanisms, the most important of which appears to be the modulation of certain mRNA transporters (SLGT1, GLUT4, CAT1, etc.) to move and improve the absorption of glucose, amino acids, and more3–5.
BioPerine (piperine; black pepper extract), on the other hand, inhibits the drug transporter P-glycoprotein and the drug-metabolizing enzyme CYP3A4, thereby preventing or delaying the breakdown and elimination of compounds taken alongside it. BioPerine is most commonly seen paired with things like curcumin that have inherently poor bioavailability7.
Theoretically, AstraGin and BioPerine taken together should be able to enhance absorption more than either by itself.

Thanks. I was just curious. I would likely use a combination of both of them with it.Was basing that off Epi-Plex. But 300mg Api with an absorption enhancer would be nice.
What is your view on this supplement?RipFactor was studied at two dosages - 325 mg. per day and 650 mg. per day.
I honestly don't have an opinion yet. The studies look alright but I haven't personally used it and haven't known anyone personally that's used it for me to go off of. I guess the best way to put it would be that I think it looks like it has potential and that I hope some companies don't screw it up and create a backlash by overpromoting it or marketing it in unrealistic way that it couldn't live up to.What is your view on this supplement?
Combo seems like the best way to goThank you for posting that. That's why I had asked
People will see the combination of the two in several new products from us coming up. Sometimes it does make sense only to use one of the two, but in things where it makes sense, we will be using both.
looks okay on a paper ..maybe will test it outWhat is your view on this supplement?
Thanks. Looks like they have some great deals - many that are well below cost. But they have very low quantities bc they haven't been placing orders in quite awhile.Figured I drop this here for them SNS/CEL lovers!

Great deal but man, no stock on just about everything

I think they probably are. They haven't placed orders in a long time so I knew they would be low on stuff. It honestly looks like they're closing shop cause they have nothing!
It's SAD to see so many business closing this year and I'm in NY and it's like everyday another oneI think they probably are. They haven't placed orders in a long time so I knew they would be low on stuff.
It is really sad. In this industry, a lot of companies were already struggling, and many brick and mortars were struggling bc of online retailers; and many online retailers struggling bc of Amazon. So then when Covid hit, that was just the final nail for many of them. It's sad to see. It's SAD to see so many business closing this year and I'm in NY and it's like everyday another one

More teasing ( cant take credit this is from stac3d )Where art thou, new Lean Edge formula?
Yeah, saw that as wellMore teasing ( cant take credit this is from stac3d )
When it comes to weight loss supplements, we’re big fans of stimulant-free formulas, mostly because we prefer the freedom that comes with them. While we do like them more, there aren’t that many options on the market compared to stimulant-powered solutions. Of all of the stim-free fat loss products out there, Serious Nutrition Solutions’ Lean Edge is one of the most well-formulated, and it’s about to get even better.
Serious Nutrition Solutions’ original Lean Edge comes with a strong 15 different active ingredients, all thrown in there to support weight loss without any stimulants. Sometime next week, the brand, more commonly known as SNS, is relaunching Lean Edge with a clean new look, but better yet, an improved formula. The upcoming supplement still has 15 key ingredients with a handful of changes to some of its dosages.
While SNS is not revealing everything you need to know about Lean Edge 2.0 this weekend, as mentioned, it is launching the fat burning product in less than a week, so all of that information is not far away. The promising supplement’s arrival is well-timed, with New Year’s Resolutions right around the corner, and knowing the brand, it is going to have some strong sales to welcome in the packed out weight loss product.
It won't be long; the product is in and ready to ship so there are no more production delays. Just figuring out a couple things with retailersWhere art thou, new Lean Edge formula?

Thanks. I'm very interested in putting together an eye health product.Macumax from Sami Labs/Sabinsa “was linked to vision health benefits in a group of subjects who were diagnosed with age-related macular degeneration (AMD).”
I can’t tell if they license this to other companies like Forslean and such.
Nonetheless, some pretty common and well-studied ingredients for eye health (lutein, zeaxanthin, BioPerine, bilberry, saffron, and zinc.
Steve give us this product is bulking season!! Haha@sns8778 Btw any news on the cistanche and anacyclus product?

I never said they would be in the same product@sns8778 Btw any news on the cistanche and anacyclus product?
I'm looking into the high dosed Apigenin. I've already gotten some pricing. I'm not sure the overall demand would be there to offer this as a solo option so considering using it in a formula of some type. Possibly the one I asked for opinions on about a natural muscle building type productSteve give us this product is bulking season!! Haha
Also interested in the high dosed Apigenin product talked previously.
Competitively priced beef protein Japanese Wagyu A5 at <$10/ozWe had a thread last year that produced a lot of suggestions. Some we were already able to offer and some are in various stages of production.
I wanted to start a fresh thread to get some ideas to see what people would like to see from SNS and Competitive Edge Labs in 2020.
Feel free to suggest single ingredient and/or combination ideas.
Thanks and I look forward to seeing everyone's ideas.
I use a Canadian company, there cordyceps, that use this supplier and the increase in endurance is goodThoughts on a Nammex sourced mushroom line? Nammex appears to be the industry leader in organic, whole fruiting body mushrooms.

Appreciate the kind words, thats the goal one stop shop for all the needs and @sns8778 always listens to its customers and puts out not only quality products but cheaper then its competitorsSNS and CEL with all there good product and diversity is hard to not think about it been the best group around for all our need!
I have thought about that in the past but the issue is we haven't had hardly any demand for them.Thoughts on a Nammex sourced mushroom line? Nammex appears to be the industry leader in organic, whole fruiting body mushrooms.

Thank you for the suggestion. We don't have a large enough distribution base imo to do a protein powder. I wish we could, but I fear that the required size runs and the money tied up in it wouldn't be a good idea for us at this point. We have so many other things in the works right now.Competitively priced beef protein Japanese Wagyu A5 at <$10/oz
I appreciate the suggestions and am definitely open to doing them if the demand is there.I’ve heard great things about many mushroom companies that source from this supplier.
My thought for SNS would be a capsulated mushroom line to join Peak02.
I love Peak02, but from what I know, it’s mycelium on grain, rather than whole fruiting body. This means lower beta-glucans, triterpenoids, etc. I can’t argue with the empirical data that supports Peak02, or my own personal anecdote using it, but it would be cool seeing SNS also offering a line of whole fruiting body.
My suggestions would be Nammex-sourced Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, and Reishi.
