Tegs LIFE Challange to OVERCOME Crohns Colitis and Ectomorphizem!

Ok kids today i started a new routine. Why? Well cause i got lookin at my routine over the last 6weeks and i made some HUGE strength gains, not to mention the weight came as well, but 6weeks and its time for a bit of a change. I thought it over long and hard, talked to SC about it, and decided to do his Ectomorph Workout Routine. Those of you who havent read through it, do it! Its a good soild program IMO. Simple straight forward and TOUGH, just like i like it! Sooo today like i said was the first of it, and i think i nailed it, well close to it. Im goin to have to go down a hair and up a hair on some of the weights, but i made it through today, barley! :laugh:

If you dont know, its based around supersets for a total body workout with 1-1.5min rest between each set.

Mon= 8reps of 4sets

Squats- 95x8x4
Suitcase DB DL- 50x8x4

Asst Chins- 70x8x4
BB Bench- 95x8x4 <--- Last 2sets These felt AWESOME!

Scrushers- 30x8x4 <--- Need to go up to 40pds
Military Press- 50x8x4<--- Need to lower to 40pds (Strugled on last 2reps)


All in all it doesnt look like alot, but for me holy ish, that was some serious lifting! It seems alot like DC Training in the fact of the intensity and focus you need to push through it with only short rests!

T-911: Im taking it in the morn with breakfast and 30min pre wo. I belive its doing its thing. Im a bit more aggresive in thought, which for me is unusual since im pretty laid back guy to begin with. But boy when in the gym i deff. feel that alpha male attitude goin on. Even tho i felt beat down after, i still walked tall and knew i came, i saw and i lifted the ish outta that iron! So is T-911 working YES!

Dood if your not happy with what your doing now, switch! Once you stall in a muscle/muscle group, exersizes and or routines need to be switched up. I have to every 4-6weeks! For some freaking reason my body adapts quickly to everything from Meds - Training, but some odd reason wont heal my Crohns? :thinking: :laugh:

hmmm.....

i remember when i was drinking a weight gainer with like 2,000 calories in it. I ended up drinking it only and having no appetite for real food. This was destructive to my body and my stomach so be careful teg. Drinking calories is a good compliment to normal food consumption, not a replacement.(in my opinion, which may not be worth much)

O no prob here bro! Ive been using THOSE^^^ shakes for over a yr! I cant stand just drinking ONLY them tho. I have to eat real food, if i dont i start to get really frustrated! I used to use them everyday + eatting and was getting 3500-4k everyday and deff. helped with energy and GROOOWTH! But when i tryed to hit 5k a day i was in need of those to help push past! they work quite well for me and the only real "bad" part per se is fat from icecream and sugary syrup. But if it comes down to it, and i dont feel like eatting or whatever, these help fill that void on those days!

Im not worried bout fat tho for sure. I could care less really if im at 10% or 5%.... As long as im growin and gaining strength that for me is what matters most!!!

I need to find a website that has the all foods broke down into total of cals@ X serving/proteins/carbs/fats......:laugh:

the S2K is such an awesome sports car. the steering is very predictable, much like the AMG's :)

my dad has a SLK32 AMG, and i can tell you they are a beast on the track. the torque band is linear thanks to the supercharger, so from 2k-5k RPM's its pushing 350 foot pounds through the whole band.

Yes shes my baby! I have a friend who is a photog for a online car mag. and they wanna set up a photoshoot this summer sooo ill have to get all my detail stuff together and give her a complete detail from head to toe! Just ordered some new rear tires tho. 245/40/17s :)

Veggies and Crohns dont get along very well. So they dont play together! :laugh:

Wow, Thank You Bro! That really does mean alot! I am humbled by that! I take things like this to heart and use it to do even more! Theres only 1way to do thing in my mind and thats nothing less then 110%! Guys like yall have help make my decitions from easy to no questioning it at all!

Hahaha Everyone thinks its crazy! PPL are like you dont eat healthy at all. Im like well 1 I have Crohns so its a whole new ball game, 2 im an Ectomorph and 3 you have no room to talk 3meal a day fast food eatter! :laugh: That last one is kinda mean but true!
 
Guys i have some more BAD news, and this really is bad, per se kinda, not really i guess er or something like that.

I was goin back through thinking about my pain and bathroom trips from my Crohns and its double since yesterday :( That means my treatment is wearing off and within the next 2 weeks i wont just be dropping down(up in nusea, pain, and b.room) but i will fall off the cliff and get very sick, VERY quickly! The 20th needs to hurry up and get here! Callin dr tomarrow and goin to have him call in some prednisone so ill have it to help "ease" the pain and b.room trips until treatment comes!

Right now is just a bit more pain and goin to the bathroom alot tho. So it hasnt hit hard yet.

No matter what, i will still do what i HAVE to, in order to try and keep my head above water for as long as is possible!

hrm. i've got a 86 RX7 GSLC in the garage i could fire up, though the racing exhaust on the rotary makes DMV not want to let me drive it on the streets.

i'd take your integra with my volks passat. its got like 120hp or something, and the turbo boosts to around 7 PSI :) what a POS.

I have a teggy(DA) as well ;) which was turboed b20 years ago not to mention other motorswaps done! My bro has a CRX which had a B16/GSR which i built, and was fully built(not sleeved, now in my teggy) and he also has EK hatch K24 as well which ill boost for him prob next yr! 300 aint bad, but i could do better! 8pds T3/67 315 ;)

I been in the honda/import game since 97, building and modding them! Been into cars tho my whole life! Used to work for 2 of the biggest and best shops in Idaho for 4yrs as well. So ive been there done that with all type of cars. From putting 4g63s in fiestas/civics- building/boosting 5.0s-boosting 3 and 6series BMWs- building 1200hp supras as well as 800hp hondas!

But in the end yes your boosted teggy will walk my stock S2k in the 1320! Whats your setup? Post a pic in your thread bro!

My mom and dad both had many muscle cars, which i STILL cant belive they sold ERRR! Mom had a 68 Chevelle, 67 Impala, and a 66 vette convertible(old BF helped buy), Dad had 57 chevy belair hardtop, 68 shortbox, 66 mustang umm cant member what else off top of my head!

All in all im happy with my rice rockets. Decently fast for stock, handle great and get great gas mileage for the price! My friends 100k Z06 on the other hand, not so much! lol

The only thing that was dirty today was the dirty dirty Mc Ds. Atleast for me(er or well everyone lol)! Which was either that or not eat till i got home a lil while ago at 630 and my GI tract was alraedy KILLIN me pain wise(almost took a Vicodin). Or are you talking about like my Supershakes/Bacon as well? For the supershakes they are what helped me gained lots of my weight and still stayed at the same BF%! There tons better then the gainers in powder, no?

But guys i gotta tell you, just about anything goes in is good at this point with my Crohns Colitis. Im lucky enough right now i can. Dont make me post a pic of when i get really sick and CANT EAT!

But yes, reardless TL is 100% right! Ill try my best to better tomarrow sir!

I feel a lil less focused per se, i guess "alert" would be a better term for it. But energy i dont use much of. I sit at home almost all day everyday at the moment so i dont expend much energy. Most the time im home research/studying, eatting, sleeping or lifting.

Yo, if that's what you're after - go for it. I know you have trouble putting on weight and eating in general. If you don't put on fat easily, then balls to the wall on sugar - its just not very anabolic - and then you have the whole insulin issue, which just isn't good for overall health.

That being said, these guys know I don't mind f*cking up a bag of Skittles here and there.

Ya it is for sure! The EVOO is good, Whey is Good, Yogert is good(mostly), PB is good but the ice cream has fat/sugars yes, as well as the syrup(which im thinkin cuttin to 1tbls or out completely once i hit 160pds) Which i typically only try to drink right after my workout. But somedays and off days ill make one just to make sure i get enough total cals for the day even if theres a bit of fat

Ya eatting completly clean for me is REALLY hard to do to actually GAIN weight let alone gain muscle mass lol Stoopid Crohns!!! My Dr said as bad as my CC is he is surprised that im even actually able to gain tho, well the amount that i have/am doing now LOL I have a thing about prooving ppl wrong if you cant tell by the thread name:lol:

Just monitor what kind of weight you are putting on... but you know how they say - if the sh*t ain't broke - don't fix it.

What Comp? Still 1.8l i take it? Cams? Good setup regardless. Tho the log is holding you back as well! I know from experience! What are you tuned on?

Hey man at this point a car is a car in this economy and if your in collage then your a lucky man imo! I have quite a few friends who cant afford car/gas even with a job or 2 and still have trouble payin for school! I wish you the best on selling it bradda! School as you know is MUCH more important. Will do! I always seem to stay around 7-9%BF. Stomach always gets all teh fat of course, but at this point, i dont care, gaining any weight for me is good tho with my CC since me gaining more weight equals less chance of going back in the hospital!

VERY True! But i do APPRECIATE your advice! After this next treatment im thinking of trying my best to clean it up even more! This is the cleanest ive eaten in a long long time!

BTW bro are you still 185pds? 180 is my goal by end of summer! And since were both 6'1, you look HUGE compared to me even when i was at 175!!!

We have very different builds. Also, just think of what 15 or 20 pounds of steak looks like - then start packing that on yourself. 5 pounds of muscle can totally morph a physique.

Wont take too long man. Just a lot of hard work. Its only been about 18 months since I was 160 pounds, but I've murdered myself for 2.5 hours 6 days a week since then.

Your startin to sound like me now! I can handle whats every throwin my way no doubt, but when my body says :****you: your sick i cant or youll pass out or end up in the hospital. So i know the balancing act errr...

I may need help getting to 180 by end of summer, weather it be by reg supps or PHs.... Cause last year i couldnt for the life of me break 175pds no matter what training i was doing or how much i ate or of what. So thats when i decided im goin to try a DS/PH/AS etc.... And so thats what im reaserch now for not IF i get there but WHEN i get to that point to use it! Im highly favoring The ONE at the moment.... But who knows maybe ill surprise everyone here and go to straight gear! :lol:

i wanna put an h22 all motor into a civic hatch next, maybe turbo it at 7psi on stock motor
