On a side note - I found out today that a semi famous online supp retailer has an open to the public warehouse just 2 blocks from my gym.
So I went to visit of course.......felt like a kid in a candy store! They had phs, sarms, and every otc supp known to man.
It was fun!

Severe overcrowding at the gym. Did 2 exercises for delts and 2 for tris and was outa there.

Day 80
Had a disgustingly delicous carb up last night. Didn't plan it intelligently enough, but it served its purpose.
Did a concetrated but cardio centric workout today: just 5 exercises, but each one for full range 20 rep sets, with a max of about 90sec between sets.
Did:
Close grip pulldowns 5x20
Fatty pull ups 3x amrap
BB delt presses - behind neck 4x20
Front neck 4x20
Hammer delt press 5x20
Everything was with decent weights, just not super heavy.
Felt sore and pumped when done; I'm beginning to suspect you can even grow AND get stronger with hi rep sets..
No hunger yet... Will have an omelette later and some greens

I did 5 exercises today. Each one for 5-8 x20. Not too heavy but definitely not too light. Some stuff I started too heavy but I forced out a full 20.
Did:
Hammer low row
Machine delt press
Machine flat chest press
Cable shrugs
Back extension machine

That sounds like the range and type of effort you want to be putting in. You want to grow from 20 reps do em at an RPE8 or 9!!!!
I see people work in higher rep ranges all the time and often it seems they decide, OH Higher Reps means lower weight. Time to go through the motions... NO it is time to work until it is hard to complete. Now just for general volume and RPE 7 is groovy baby but to really test your metal and see some nice growth push into those higher RPE's on the higher rep stuff and things get real, real fast!
Day 85
Had a great chest workout with some focus on tris. Still on the 20 rep sets rampage - it's hard work, but really feels like I'm gitting r dunnnn!
Did:
Hammer decline 5x5 heavy
Hammer decline 5x20
Hammer incline 6x20; 3x close and 3x wide grip
Flat bench machine close grip 5x20
Cable flyes 5x20
I'm lovin the 20s feeling!

Delt bb presses and hammer decline presses. Tough as all $!!# but I get to actually feel and see benifits
I don't have hammer at my gym but I'll def have to do Bb presses sitting or standing?

Pull ups fatty style. 5 x amrap
Straight arm press downs 5x20 ending with a solid peel down drop set
Rope hammers 5x20
Reverse curls 5x20
Forearm curls 5x20

Ran between 5-15 mg lgd, 500-1000mg epi andro, 220-330 1andro throughout with some dhea. According to the calculations done by swmbo and averaged from 3 scales: I lost 3-4 lbs of fat and gained 7-8 lbs of muscle. Other than the fact that I feel and look better than I have in years, I'm waaay stronger than I ever expected to be. Now if I don't mess it up in pct and manage to hold on to some strength gains while continuing to cut fat.....I'll be one happy dude!
