Alright today was shoulders, I was in kinda a time crunch so I dropped the weight and my rests were non existent. Let the games begin!
Standing BB press
3x135x10
Dropped the weight and proceeded to over and backs
Standing over and backs
3x95x8
Seated BD press
3x55's x 10
Rest's between sets were about 30 sec
BB wide grip upright rows
3x95x10
DB lateral raises
3x35's x 10
Incline bench rear delt raises w/plates (pinkies faced outward)
3x10lb plates x 15 reps
Slow and controlled! Try them, they burn like crazy!
Front raises
1xBB reverse grip x 15
1xBB normal grip x 15
1x45lb plate x15
Let's just say the thermo kicked in. Like a mother fuc*er!
I am familiar with this burnused to love these!
Very similar to how I do delt destroyers. It hurts so f-ing bad/good!
