Alright today was shoulders, I was in kinda a time crunch so I dropped the weight and my rests were non existent. Let the games begin!

Incline bench rear delt raises w/plates (pinkies faced outward)
3x10lb plates x 15 reps
Slow and controlled! Try them, they burn like crazy!

Let's just say the thermo kicked in. Like a mother fuc*er!

Very similar to how I do delt destroyers. It hurts so f-ing bad/good!

I love them! I do them reclined on the incline bench, laying face down on the incline bench and standing straight up too to hit all angles

I'm out of town but I still made it to the gym today after work was finished. I went to a golds and it was really cool! I didn't log my workout but I just want to say that I was so full of energy it was crazy! I'll try to remember as much as I can. Today was my first day taking two scoops! I had to get up at 4:30 to leave so I sipped on it during my 3 hr drive and it woke my a$$ up quick and I had great energy the whole morning with no crash. My second scoop came around 3:00 before I hit the gym and damn, I worked out for almost 2 hrs! I just kept going.

The past two workouts have been insane like 2 hrs but I'm out of town on business and i have nothing else to do:) when I'm back home my typical lifting is roughly 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min, the Max would be 1 hr 30 min. But those days I would have longer rest periods if I'm lifting heavier than normal.

This stuff is insane! In a good way, the energy is amazing, no other way to describe it. Besides the OG craze that cracked me out of my mind, which sucked, this supp has the best energy to date so far.

40 min alternating between walking and jogging
Wow did I sweat! I figured since the weights here are limited this would be a great start. Which it did my legs were burning like crazy.

DB deadlifts(coming down to sides with the DB's)
7x50's x 10

DB stiff Dead lifts
4x50's x 10

Alt lunges-ss-body weight squats
3x10 per leg-ss-3x10reps
My legs were on fire after this

10 sec rests in between sets

Jump squats
2x10 reps

Floor calf raises holding 50lb DB's
2x10 reps

Reverse decline crunches
6x10 reps

Obviously 50's is the heaviest they have. No big deal still had a great workout, legs are already getting sore.
 
Way to make the best of what you had! I forgot to utilize lunges the last time I was at a hotel, and I'm definitely jealous you had a leg extension machine.

I know what you're talking about dude! i travel for work quite a bit and the only hotel gym I've found worth a damn is the one at the Beau Rivage. Way to work with what you have available, my man! Every try goblet squats? Those are good in a pinch too.
 
Soo funny, when I was younger I never really did legs, and I competed which was funny. Now that I am older, I do them at least once or twice a week.....go figure...

Good Mornings are my new favorite exercise.

It's a great supplement for energy, I would have to say the best clean energy I've ever had. Take it before cardio or for you before you do your training for MMA, you'll be sweating like crazy. All around a great universal supp

Today was chest. I limited my caffeine intake this weekend so my receptors would be fresh for Monday. Saturday I had a small black coffee from dunkin donuts with my wife and Sunday I had a 1/2 a can of diet coke. This morning the level ll was a flowing!
