I normally don't lift or consume any caffeine or pre w/o's on the weekends but my brother in law wants to lift so were going to hit some back tomorrow. His favorite pre is Finaflex Ignite 2, I've given him and let him try tons of other pre's and he always goes back to ignite. He's going to try the level ll so I'll let you know from another first timer his reaction, very cool!

Just a as a quick FYI....we will be dropping a capsule form of Level II very shortly....

Wow! Where do I start. So my bro in law and I wake up, fill a shaker 3/4 with water rest ice with 1 scoop of level ll. his first reaction was "damn this stuff tastes amazing!" So we sip on it for about 20 min before heading downstairs, about 10 min into the sippage he is like "wow, I can feel this already, this is great." By the time we got downstairs he could not believe the amount of energy off 1 scoop. Long story short, the whole time we were working out he kept saying "this stuff is the S**T!" Hands down he said that this was the best pre w/o he has ever taken and he has now finally found an Ignite 2 replacement! He will be ordering some very soon, he couldn't thank me enough for letting him try a scoop!
Back workout today was very fast paced and the sweat was Rollin! When I finished my set he did his set and back a fourth like that until all sets were completed. The energy was so incredible we just kept wanting to keep going like the energizer bunny

Ok today was chest. I started sipping on my level ll around 6:30 and I still had amazing energy all throughout the afternoon with no crash what so ever, I finally now starting to get tired.

I have always tried to go as heavy as I could on incline. My chest is one of my strong points for sure.Agreed with Reggie on this! Really balanced strength, its great to see. Many people totally neglect incline or use it as an auxiliary so it remains much weaker than flat. Incline is where you get the best thickness in your lower pecs from. A great incline = superior esthetics imo

I'm pretty lean right now. My diet is normally really good. I don't have much to lose in the fat dept. I just can't get myself to do it, I guess it just comes down to time. Maybe if I had more right now I would definitely throw some in every other day.I do but mainly spring and summer time only. I like to run, it's fun. Hey if you saying if I do cardio I would be ripped that would've been more than an enough reason to do so lol.

I wish I had that time. I'm lucky to have my 1 1/2 hrs in the morning to lift. When I get home from work it's family time! I have twin boys that are 1 and a 1/2 years old, they keep me super busy. I have to rely on diet right now and my weight training to keep me lean. Maybe when they get a little older, I'll have more time in the evenings. Work is insane right now and then my father in law wants me to take over his business. So I've been working 2 jobs, I don't know how much longer that's going to last. Not enough time in the day.
Thanks man! My mornings are the time I just kill it cause I know the rest of my day is shot.I hear you man. I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. the only time I get to lift is from 4am-530am or occasionally on my lunch break at work. I use that time for some cardio if i feel like it instead of weights or sleeping in. I give you a lot of credit for making the time to lift. So many people make excuses, those like us make it happen.
