takin 3ad and....

As in....? And all the time, or just occasionally?

In general, you should consult your physician before mixing any sort of prescription meds and supplements.

just occsionally... and i know it might sound immature but sometimes i just need to chill... ever since ive moved back in with my parents, sh*t has just been non stop fights... im more of a passive person, so i tend to suck it up untill i burst... im 22 and have had some high blood pressure readings due to stress.

i live close to the border so i usually get a bunch of goodies...just wana make sure if i dose a relaxant between days ill be ok... not every week but at least, once or twice a week, everyother week

EDIT: and id like to add that 3ad is now my top supplement choice of all time! ive never felt so good/powerful on a product!

i'm not a doctor, and don't intend on being one. i would not advise doing muscle relaxers, but if you HAVE to do them, do them on non training days. there's nothing worse than not being able to realize muscle strain or tendon injuries until a day later. its better to feel what is happening and back off a bit than to not feel it and keep pushing yourself.

maybe it would be better to get on to something more related to stress like xanax or prozac. find something that releases your stress - my g/f is an addict, and my closest family member abused me as a child. what relaxes me is the gym, reading, and coffee shops. if you've already been to the gym, go back and jump in the hot tub or sauna. its not only relaxing, but it will help your muscles recover from a workout - think of it as using a heat blanket for a sore muscle. if you can find anything that will relax you naturally, this is always the best way to go. if that doesn't work, talk to your doctor and see what anti-depressants work best for people with high blood pressure.

lastly, if you're getting "goodies" be careful of addiction, especially with opiates (vicodin, percocet, fentynal, norco). opiate withdrawal is something like 8 days of uncontrollable leg shaking and vomiting. good luck to you brotha.

thanks for the feed back brotha... ya.. the doc gave me adderal when i was like 10.. and i had to kick it when i was 21! lol it was basicaly a whole year of suckyness... dependency is not a real big issue with me... it never really has been.. and ya i would go to the doctor, but i really dont wana mess with my life insurace later down the road.

i just didnt want this to effect my muscle deelopment.

you could ask him for his professional advise then "shop" around for "goodies" that match his advice - no prescription = no issues with that. though for the record, i don't think antidepressants would make a difference on life insurance policies, unless they thought it was a suicide. in fact, with the right prescription, that would never be an issue anyways. what goodies are you taking if i may ask, though a PM might be a better / safer way of doing this. just for legalities sake, i'd go to the doctor. theres no stress like being in jail, and being unable to get your antidepressants or "goodies" because you don't have a valid prescription.
