It seems that I can manipulate my weight better. For instance, if I have carbs in the morning, and I'm in a calorie deficit, it's harder for me to loose weight or even maintain, it's like I loose control of my weightloss. When I have a high protein 0 carb breakfast, then I'm back in control. I can add carbs if I want or keep them low, I'm in control.

I've tried IF and it didn't work for me, actually made me gain weight, but that's just me, some people get great results. I'm beginning to see as well that what used to work for me doesn't work anymore but it may work again in the future. It seems like my body goes through stages or cycles. Or maybe I'm just crazy idk! Maybe they don't work because I did too many yoyo diets.
 
I think your doing good the way you've been going. I bet just adding this new stack and a little cardio you could knock it on out. What your doing now diet wise, is already working, if you change it up it may throw off the signals in your body and how it reacts to everything like food and exercise.
 
If it's working don't change a thing, leave a couple tools in the box in case you stall

4 weeks is still a long time. Plus I'll be adding in the ECA soon!

I'm not sure of your stim tolerance but you might wanna start at a half dose, and other than that it works, it basically shuts your hunger off, it warms you body up, and feels pretty good once your acclimated to the stims

I take Adderall from time to time. Pretty much a stimaholic.

I feel it way up in the dopamine receptors (aka the caffeine) but my body temperature is significantly more than 10 minutes ago.

Will definitely be dosing this in the AM! And depending on how fast I start shedding fat, I may take one for Pre-workout.

Other than that, let's see that fat fall the **** off!

that'll help some ppl for sure... I'll never cut without eca again, it's better than anything at a supp shop, and wayyy cheaper too

Oh **** yah. You can get a two months supply for about 20$...

If you run it at two dosages, it's a one month supply.. Still a cheaper alternative that works better than the regular stuff.
 
You won't need to run 2 doses a day. I use to use ECA back in the 90's I stayed shredded at around 8-9% for a long time. You will eventually up you morning dose. But don't try taking a 2nd dose especially after 4pm. Oh, and don't forget to eat either...lol

Did you put off breakfast to let your body keep burning fat or did you do a no carb breakfast?
 
I workout early morning. Before breakfast. So, if I were you and if you workout early, then do the ECA, take an amino drink with you to sip on during workout, then eat bfast after workout. You'll want and need the carbs post workout and plenty of protein. That's what I'd do.

Awesome! Glad you got it in! I will definitely be using an eca stack next time I cut vs clen- that craziness will only come out if necessary! Lol

Haha! I want to try Clen sometime just so I can be honest with people about it, you know?

I've used eca with great results multiple times but I'm curious about clen as well, I'm not sure when I'll take that next step though

Clens not that bad, you just gotta take it slow and watch for any of the sides. Of course you gotta watch for sides on ECA too. Especially the HR. Matter of fact, i started my Clen this morning. 6 week run of 2 weeks on, 2 off, and 2 more on.

It varies. Depends on diet, conditioning, and effort. I'm looking to lose 1-2%bf over the 6 weeks. I'm sitting conservatively at about 11% maybe a little less. An easily obtainable goal.

Really starting to feel the lower calories this week...

Only 4 weeks to go... lol. I'll be looking forward to meal time, everytime, from here on out it seems.

IF does wonders. Might not be the smoothest idea but 2 big meals a day is better than a few small ones in my book.

I thought about it, but I just get bloated from the big meals.

Thought about doing IF but the guys had a good point, if I am losing still (which I am) then I shouldn't switch it up now.

I don't see IF as a way to lose weight, more of a way to be satisfied with food during a cut. Though, if you get bloated than you could shy away from it. Just mentioning what I do during cuts when the cravings set in. I have done PSMF and did it with IF, barely felt hungry, still felt like death though.

Glycogen must finally be getting pumped out cause my workout wasn't anything stellar.

Sorry, I'm a little behind here. This is totally new to me, so keep up the details, Tagger! I've got a few really stubborn lbs I need to get rid of. Could I do this during pct, or is it better to wait?
 
You shouldn't do any type of weight loss during pct. You would definitely lose any gains you developed during cycle.

Just like Turf said, I wouldn't do it during PCT because you would lose gainz, especially if you did a bulking cycle.

The gains that I have made are pretty insignificant compared to the bulk that I will run over the winter time.

Always eat as high (I recommend higher) as you were on cycle.

UPDATE....................................

Down to 173.5 today. Was a little bloated on Monday when I weighed but I was 176.

I don't think I'm losing more than 2lbs a week (the other stuff was obviously **** and water) so all is well!

Still looking full & good right now.

Wish I had a treadmill at home, I'd just knock out my 300 calories right now.
