Hell yah, what you going into next? ... So I am taking a Managing Disputes class for my major, and it's fascinating. I love learning about this ****. Why do people do what they do? If I didn't go into business I would have been a psychologist in a heartbeat, but I followed the money.
Next up for me is Stenadrol and Tr3st! Gonna be a good, good time! Looking to really bulk then maybe use the1 to cut in the spring!

No haha. I'm running THE1 at 75 mg in the beginning and then going up to 125 if my body is doing well with it and then I'm going to bridge into DermaFURY.

Gyms closed today but I do have some weights at home and I'll get a workout in.

Was up late last night, we went to the Kansas City Royals game.

Alright guys and gals! Here is a update! Will be getting you a video tomorrow, but I thought I would type you all some motha ****in information for today! :D

So far, according to the scale, I am up 3.5lbs since starting THE1. After looking in the mirror today, I think I am looking nice and full. So that's a positive!

Today I will be judging if I am getting stronger or not. WE SHALL SEE.

Something that I have noticed is my libidio is going up, its crazy I've been having sex dreams and I can hardly stop thinking about some form of sexual thought (everything from butts to tits to mouths).

My appetite is higher than normal (which is common) and I have been staying under calories or at maintenance (even if I did eat a lot of **** food over labor day weekend) haha.

Labor Day Weekend was awesome, did a lot of boating, went to the Royals game and then played golf yesterday. It was a good time!

Humongous news for tomorrow's video!

I didn't max because I worked out with my Navy Seal buddy and played basketball.

Well, Ben, why is this important to me?

1. My workout was bis and tris but before that it was 135 on bench for 200 reps! We did it in about 10 sets and man it was killer!

Now here are two important factors.

The 3 hours I spent at the gym, I was completely in the zone, whether it was lifting or playing 5 on 5.

I dominated that gym.

Now the second important thing is the recovery time seemed to be wayyyy enhanced. I already feel like I could go bust some more reps out.

Here is the most important thing. I felt like I was 16 again while I was exercising! Mad pump, in the zone, and I felt like I could go to the moon and back!

It's mother ****ing time to growwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

PS, just today I upped the dosage to 100mg.

****... Went to bed at 930 woke up at 2 wide awake, didn't fall asleep until 530. So I said **** class, I'm sleeping.

Gotta get my sleep so I can train!

Does everyone else like the chicken and beef + rice aspect of building or am I just a freak haha.

nothing i love more than a good ol' steak. had a 32oz steak when i went to vegas in june. $100 but worth every. damn. penny. probably in the 2000-3000 calorie range too
