Been on 25mcg for 3wks now, I am always hungry. I eat a 500 cal meal (trying to recomp) and 15min later i could eat another 500 cal meal. Ive been on a lower cal diet for 7wks now so i am use to not eating so much but this t3 just keeps your metabolism so high i feel i need to eat more often.

anybody feel the same way? what do you guys normally do while running it??

I've used it several times and honestly, I didn't feel anything that noticeable. I don't recall being any more hungry than normal. I can't stop eating when I'm on Tren or Anadrol; then, it's non-stop.

Interesting. Tren kills some guys appetites.

As far as the t3 goes, yah, it increases hunger on me as well. It burns up your glycogen stores very quickly as well. I'd ride out 25mcg as long as that is working, going any higher is going to potentially make it hard to put on muscle at the same time.

may want to increase those calories per meal, or Add MCTs into it which have been shown to decrease hunger.

also post your diet im sure i can figure out why it is.

2 main things are

Leptin levels post meal
And intake per meal

Additional things may be GDA use.

did you make a big jump in daily cals when you started the T3? from 3000 to 2000?

havent made any drastic changes to my diet in a while. Started albuterol about 7wks ago. 1.5wks on, 5 day break, use 1-2 benadryl ED at night, keto too much $$$.

Total meal cals still the same, maybe lower cuz i am trying so hard to lose some BF.

Sub'd.

I've ran T3 at 100mcg/day and noticed no increase in hunger. It was pharm grade and it wasn't bunk (took my TSH down to 0.44; near hyper), but I didn't notice anything other than the numbers changing via blood tests. I'm also going through who knows what, as far as medically, so that's obviously not normal.

Just wanted to share that I didn't notice an increase in hunger.

And as has been said, if you can notice that at 25mcg, then don't ramp it up; no reason to. Good luck, man.

Na-R-ALA decreased leptin release from adipose tissue, so that may be one reason why your still hungry
