I think my body got used to the amount of volume I did back in the day along with MMA. This is easy compared to that hell I used to go through everyday.
What sides did ph tren give you?I ran epi before... it was really mild... I'm more interested in the pro dienolone ....using it as a kickstart to a test e/Masteron cycle in the futureI'm afraid of trenbolone... don't think I need that yet... I've only run dimethazine,superdrol,halo winny and primo.... all pretty mild except dzine and superdrol... the strength gains from the pro-dienolone are what I'm interested in..(none of this anytime soon)DL is a lot of hamstring and lower back work as well. you pretty much use every muscle except your triceps on it.epi is kinda gay and i dont like the PH tren, it gave me more side effects than real tren.

One mesocycle lasts 16 workouts, or a little over 5 weeks.
Each mesocycle has 4 microcycles or "waves".
Wave 1. Warmup, 75%x5, 80%x5, 85%x5
Wave 2. Warmup, 80%x3, 85%x3, 90%x3
Wave 3. Warmup, 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1
Wave 4. (deload) - 60%x5, 65%x5, 70%x5
Note: Wendler suggests that you underestimate your loading percentages by subtracting 10% from your 1RM when calculating weights; He also suggests that on the last set you can do an "all out rep max" lifting that weight as many times as possible. The goal is to get at least the specified number of reps with that weight and anything beyond that can be considered the dividends that your efforts have payed out. Only attempt extra reps on the final heavy set.
Each wave has 4 workouts:
A. Squat + assistance
B. Bench press + assistance
C. Deadlift + assistance
D. Military press + assistance
Wendler recommends 3 workouts per week. Example:
Week 1: A1, B1, C1
Week 2: D1, A2, B2
Week 3: C2, D2, A3
Week 4: B3, C3, D3
Week 5: A4, B4, C4
Week 6: D4, etc. ...
Optionally there is a second, less intensive, loading parameter:

Assistance Work
Assistance work depends on your goals:
Base - just do the main lifts
Strength - just do 1-2 supplementary lifts, typically 3-5 sets x 6-20 reps
Bodybuilder - 3-4 supplementary lifts, including some isolation work, done for higher volume, typically 3-4 sets x 10-20 reps

never used primo but id drop it because it seems like a fat loss drug almost. maybe just a higher dose of test 750 and your mdrol and epi. i think thatd be fine.

yeah ive used it 2x at aroudn 350mgs / week or something. was prop ester in a blend. id say you'll notice something cuz youre really lean.
any oral is gonna be stronger than tren, just that tren is pretty strong and you can run it for a while so strength gains end up being more than that of an oral. I havent used too many compounds so idk![]()
Test never flared my gyno. But mdrol did, masteron will do nothing for strength. It will harden you up and take away your test bloat some. Which we of course want if your trying to get strong lol. Id do mdrol kicker and a higher dose of test like geekpoop suggested. Although if you havent run test yet just use 500mg. Deca is also good for strength, i wouldnt use 600mg tho, 300mg would be fine.
i like hcg and the dose is good. you dont need both nolva and clomi only choose one. i like clomi. and lower the dose of it to 50mgs x 4 weeks. 100 is a lot. if you need more, just add an extra week or two of 50mgs in.
12.5 is all you need of aromasin, 25 is like double the standard dose
