ok so what whould be an ideal workout scedual that ur talking about..
i am 5'9 194 points.. when im not flexing i have a stomach and chest is kinda not hard ..
mon: full upper body. include compound movements.
Example: 5x5 (5 sets, 5 reps supersetted)
decline bench press super setted with bent over barbell rows
stand up military press with wide grip lat pull downs
barbell curls with waited dips
tues: full lower body 5x5
Example:
squats with romanian dead lifts
leg presses with leg extentions
calf raises
weds: sprint, HIIT cardio and abs
thurs: full upper body- Go lighter for more reps, follow 3x12
Dumbbell flat bench press with single arm dumbell rows
Dumbbell presses with neutral grip pull downs
incline bench dumb bell curls with skull crushers
fri: HIIT cardio and abs
sat: Full lower body 3x12
Dumbbell deadlifts with split lunges
hamstring curls with weighted step ups
calf raises

HIIT cardio and abs.
If you hadn't all ready purchased no xplode I would have advised purchasing a good fat burner. If you want, add Alpha T 2 to your mix. Take the Amp 189 after you workout plus 2 scoops of Wheybolic 60. Make sure you're diet is in check. And due to your age, forget androhard. You don't need it nor any other steroid.
