And also how i should take it on lifting days and cardio ab days.. i am in the gym every day..

work outs are usually like this

Monday-Chest / triceps abs
Tues- Back / Biceps abs
wed- shoulders abs
Thurs- Legs abs
Fri Cardio abs
Sat Cardio
Sunday off....

i switch back and fourth with this routin also.

monday- chest abs
tuesday-bi's/tri's
wed- back/legs
thursday-shoulders abs
friday off
sat and sunday abs and cardio

..
atm i take noxplode 30 min b4 workout
amp189 cretiene 2 tabs 1 hour b4 workout
protien shake after workout..
 
Take them all just like the bottle says.

You don't need cycle support but if you're taking it for your health, it's not going to hurt.
 
ya i know i usually stay with the first split.. and ok is there anyother supplaments i should be taking with these.. i want to get ripped by start of july
 
You said you wanted to get riped so i figured a fat burner wouldn't hurt, but at roughly 11% you should be able to naturally get pretty lean within a month or two.
 
I'm at 11 but doesn't look like 11 .. I'm thick boned and I can't see my abs yet . I don't look fat but I'm not flat abbed yet .. Either test was off by a lil or 11 is not good enough .. What is a good fatburner I can stack with this ?
 
What about the androhard alpha t2 and turinabol lv stack ? Is that better .. Or maybe adding some to this stack .. Or would that be way outa line ?
 
Androhard and turinbol are prohormones...

Alpha T2 is a good fat burner, Get up and Go stack is exceptional on Nutraplanet.com
 
So ur saying that androhard is not good or good ? And if it is good do u need to rumor with cycle support ? Or clomid after

In no way am I mocking you, but I wanna guess you're rather young?
Your stack is nice, but I feel you may be mistaken about the use of your "cycle assist" in your stack. Nevertheless, if you're hitting the protein right and you're taking it for better health, then all power to you!
You say you're thick boned, how much do you actually weigh and what is your height?
Also, the training looks good, but if you're trying to rip you're better off doing a 3 day split including supersets. The weight training routine you have now won't do your goal too much justice.

i do cardio sometimes after workouts for 45 min .. and i usually do chest tri ... bicep back.. legs and shoulders seperetly.. but on my cardio days like sat and sunday i do almost 2 hours of cardio
 
back to my other thing do u think its good to take swole stack and turinabol lv ? would that really help with muscle growth and bf loss??
 
Hitting muscles once a week, with lower intensity and a good diet you could hit each muscle more than once.

Monday Arms
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday cardio
Thursday Chest/shoulders
Friday Back
Saturday Cardio
Sunday off

Throw Cardio in there atleast once more and abs a few times.

i am 5'9 194 points.. when im not flexing i have a stomach and chest is kinda not hard ..

mon: full upper body. include compound movements.
Example: 5x5 (5 sets, 5 reps supersetted)

decline bench press super setted with bent over barbell rows

stand up military press with wide grip lat pull downs

barbell curls with waited dips

tues: full lower body 5x5

Example:

squats with romanian dead lifts

leg presses with leg extentions

calf raises

weds: sprint, HIIT cardio and abs

thurs: full upper body- Go lighter for more reps, follow 3x12

Dumbbell flat bench press with single arm dumbell rows
Dumbbell presses with neutral grip pull downs
incline bench dumb bell curls with skull crushers


fri: HIIT cardio and abs

sat: Full lower body 3x12

Dumbbell deadlifts with split lunges

hamstring curls with weighted step ups

calf raises

sun:
HIIT cardio and abs.

If you hadn't all ready purchased no xplode I would have advised purchasing a good fat burner. If you want, add Alpha T 2 to your mix. Take the Amp 189 after you workout plus 2 scoops of Wheybolic 60. Make sure you're diet is in check. And due to your age, forget androhard. You don't need it nor any other steroid.
 
Swole stack would be fine. I think you'll enjoy it. As another side note, after each of these strength workouts make sure you finish up with at least 15 mins of cardio such as a walk on a high incline. You're definitely making the right decision by doing 45 mins previously, but make sure it's low impact as the strength training serve as enough muscle breakdown.
 
u dont need pct or suport for hemadrol?

no you wouldn't unless you ran 2 bottles. even then, stay away from comid! You need to do more research. Leave hemodrol out. And if you're gonna do the getupandgo stack, leave out the no xplode.
 
I agree. That's good advice. But I'd a thousand times rather have him asking questions than just take something blindly and F himself up.
