Had a pretty good pull power session this evening at home. Deadlifted so hard I ripped my underwear... In the front haha. A bit breezy after that. Also went and saw the new hunger games finally... Pretty good. Better then I was expecting as a lot of people had said it wasn't very good.

Hitting an early leg session tomorrow and then going to the Penguins/senators game with a buddy.
 
My second session was phenomenal. Loved two-a-days, though i woke up this morning 2 lbs lighter, so i think Pei Wei overestimates their calories, or 3000 kcal wasn't enough

Tons of good info from Meadows and others. Check out the diets and you'll see some of the health promoting foods that I'll suggest. Unless you want to work together on and follow an actual meal plan. :D

He's obviously a big training influence as well.

just put my cuisineart ice cream maker bowl in the freezer... going to make ice cream tomorrow

just wanna make sure i got this right, turn it on and pour the goods in, (1 scoop protein with 8oz milk) and just let it churn for 15 minutes, then when there's about five minutes left i can add in peanut butter or whatever i want right?

Haha I'm actually a phenomenal morning person. I love getting up early, I just like my sleep a lot too. I find I'm ten times more productive, I'll wake up and literally map out my day for my job and my week too. Idk love being organized
 
One of the best training sessions of my life. And I accomplished one of my goals: Squat 300 lbs before the end of the year. Nailed it at 150 lbs. Previous 300 I had was before my Tommy John Surgery and I was 156 so I'm ecstatic. Next up is 315!

It's crazy how much doing extra mobility work helped during my session. Even my challenge set of 225 i was exploding out of the hole and my hips just felt so smooth. definitely going to keep working on them. I have a video of my 275x3 too, i'll upload it in a bit.

i was literally smiling too on my walk out from the gym, just thinking when me and breezy11 start... i cannot wait for the results lol

weekly average weight increased by a 1.5 this week, so i'll keep kcals stagnant this week. next week i'll probably bump up to 2,900. woke up feeling very lean too, just felt awesome
 
Legs hyper yesterday and push hyper today. Both workouts went really well but I've been noticing the last week or two that my in the gym pumps have been sub par regardless of supps im taking, carbs pre, water, etc. gotta think my insulin sensitivity is getting a bit off so I might take a week or so of low carbs just to see if that helps "reset" things. With my current stack of ara/ABE/alphamax and usually a pump ingredient pre I should be bursting in the gym but regardless of how many reps or intensity/pump techniques I use its just been ok at best.

Doing some traveling to Houston tomorrow-weds so that'll be an easy time to low carb it and rest a bit.
 
Congrats on the PR Brother, those big land-mark numbers always feel great to hit
