haha will do. 1.5 it is, and i through a scoop of HV in just cause it'll be fun not walking with a quad pump.
going with high volume squats today and going to try breezy11's 300 rep extended set for hamstrings as a finisher.
1.5 should be solid. I've always gone with 2, but my stim tolerance is absurd.
Good luck with that. I rarely experience any DOMS, but woke up with a unique soreness, covering every inch of my quads today (not bad though).
