going with high volume squats today and going to try breezy11's 300 rep extended set for hamstrings as a finisher.

1.5 should be solid. I've always gone with 2, but my stim tolerance is absurd.

Good luck with that. I rarely experience any DOMS, but woke up with a unique soreness, covering every inch of my quads today (not bad though).

Hows your sleep?
Your on ARA right? that could be the major reason for it as well..
Rumble roll often??? More kcals may help as well (or in general) with recovery.
 
Sleep has been on point. And yeah Ara could play a role but carbs has mitigated that thus far. My legs and hamstrings are absolutely crushed, that finisher set was brutal

Man I don't get this at all. Enhanced actually puts me to sleep. I get no stim effect at all. I have almost two full tubs (one unopened) and as many times as I've tried it (1-3scoops) it's just not for me. Something in it just makes me sleepy.
 
Forgot to add earlier the doms from my ara have started to show. Triceps are still sore from Tuesday. Lack of sleep isn't helping either but I have been eating more (just picking at stuff and not counting it) so hopefully that will help a bit. Legs are gonna be sore tomorrow as well ha.

You need a Stim break if you feel nothing off enhanced.

Once people develop a high stim tolerance preworkouts can make you drowsy, the stims in it have less effect but the nitrates and vasodilators still work. Slows heart rate as oxygen efficiency improves, etc.

At least I have noted it myself. But Enhanced never let me down for the stim effect

Another reason why i use pre-workouts maybe once a week if that.

Decided to get grilled chicken, tomato and onion. Then I topped it with my own sriacha sauce

Add crumbled feta and that's one of my favorites.

They weren't my idea, but they're pretty fun :). The monster that introduced them to me started with a set of 200 on extensions yesterday. He claims its helped quite a bit with with detail/separation in his quads (which I have none of).

Actually my tolerance right now is way on the low side. <200mg caffeine in anything else I take or I get headaches.

This summer I was doing 25mgE/200mgC/20mgY and occasionally a pre on top without even a jitter so it's a big difference.

Enhanced just isn't for me.

if you want a good warmup on extensions i call it 10-10-2-20

10 reps with an RPE of 7
10 reps with rpe 10 (increase weight here)
drop weight in half and do 20 reps
then go back to original weight and hit 20 reps.

When your legs are warmed up and feel like death off this alone then it will provide a great workout :)

Will try it! Yea i usually warmup on leg ext anyway! Usually a couple sets of 15-25 reps.

6-20 with 6 being very little effort/pain and 20 going balls to the wall/painful

There's different scales. And it wouldn't be 6-10, would be 1-10. 6-20 is most common used. I'm currently in exercise physiology and other kinesiology courses so I think I have a good idea :).
