As for food stores down there, not sure how many or if there's a tj's. Never saw one in my time there. So jealous of SoCal, there was one on every corner.
 
thinking of having a cheat meal one day this week... thinking one large 14" chicken pizza. all 8 slices to the face

Yeah haha, I'd crush my fat macros by 50g, but a large cheese would be 2,600 110gF 285gC and 115gP Could just have half the pizza I guess. But where's the fun in that

It's a cheat meal. If you're going to have one, I wouldn't worry about tracking the macros for that one meal.

Man when I got my stomach together yesterday I had an epic set of food. Two homemade stuffed burgers at the tailgate, a few wings, bean and ham soup, mosc cookies and such (didn't eat too many but tried almost all ha). Then at night I made a quick stop at Taco Bell (fav fast food) just for a little burrito and then mad mex grande chicken nachos to the face. Something like 2400 cals in the nachos alone.

Picked up a tub of pumpkin pie and death by chocolate ice cream from the creamery. Gf took the choc but not before I stole about 1/3 of the tub for myself ha.
 
Had a pretty damn good chest and shoulder workout today. Feeling good thus far, did a bit more volume for my chest, especially full ROM fly's and I'm already feeling it lol

Gonna do back tomorrow, thinking I might try to work myself up to a heavier 2R deadlift as it's been awhile since I've done so

I hand make the dough, roll it in flour, use real sauce, real cheese, if i use any kind of meat its probably not the healthiest LOL
 
really crushed my back workout today! felt very strong. tomorrow will be arms, then a rest day of just cardio on Wednesday. Going food shopping tomorrow morning too

I'm starting the opposite since I'm so busy I wanna get in and out so I'm trying to keep workouts intense but lower volume and higher speed. Weights prob won't keep climbing at the same rate but I just don't have the time right now.

Stopped at target to restock on holiday sprinkle cookie crisp and this happened:

PB world, Tiramisu, PB jam and blondies have been out forever
rocking Blondies sucks balls so does the tiramisu some of the worst rated flavors
PB world = Deadly good
CBP = Deadly good
PB Jam is like a PB jelly sandwich.

They are all Target exclusives except for the Candy Bar Pie.

As for weight yeah I'm happy. About 1 lb from last weeks weekly average. In terms of duration, this workout took about 80 minutes. The deads took up 30-35 of them though since I like to rest and focus between sets.most days I'm in the gym no more than 75 minutes

My current #3 is cinnamon buns. So much doughy bun mix in I regretted only grabbing one
 
I've seen you racing about cbp so I'm psyched to try it. And I love frozen pb&j more then almost anything so mix that with ice cream and it should be magic.

If you think Ben n Jerry's is good this is how i know you have never had 2nd street, Graeters or Jeni's which takes B&J out of the water by a long shot.
not to mention the mix-ins in graeters are 2x bigger.

might have to try some graeters then. Huge fan of the mix ins vs just flavors (except pumpkin pie- tho a good graham swirl or crust chunk does improve even further)

Anyone else tried the candy apple m&m's too? Just found them yesterday and they're spot on. The shell taste just like the candy coating and the choc inside is a nice addition. Got mine in the freezer and they're amazing.
