True. Water intake hasn't changed?

Nope. Been steady as she goes the last 2-3 weeks with everything.

I'm thinking it has to be sleep effecting some body functions and just throwing things out of whack.
 
Just vegetables in general can make you feel bloated and retain water. Lots of fiber leaves the bulk of the meal in the stmoach longer.

Plus if you're using lots of spices I tend to notice that make me retain water too. Basically anything my stomach has to work extra to digest. Which I guess is why pro bodybuilders eatvplain boiled chicken and broccoli and that crap pre contest. Salt for the win


+1 on what he said for volume of food, fiber, and veggies holding in the system longer
+2 on Spices = More sodium, even though we should not avoid it .. it can cause it.

Just being real, even if there are no changes the volume of the food you eat may cause for bloating and discomfort, hence lowering.

Even the volume hasn't changed though. I've literally eaten almost the exact same meals for a couple weeks ha.

That said, I looked and felt much better this morning. Must've just been a little fluke bloating for whatever reason.

I find the days I go to bed bloated from veggies and what not I wake up diced. Dunno why

I def agree. I go to bed full pretty much every night and the nights I sleep <6hrs ( which has been basically every night the last few weeks) I wake up much more bloated. Nights I sleep a lot I feel nice and tight and hungry as all hell ha
 
Maybe Sundays but every other night is usually 5-6max.

Not really that bad at all.. Rep money, aside from OT+G, HBCD PeptoPro (only 10g on workout days so it lasts) and the Vaskular / HV. Other than that its predominantly through rep money from a website
 
Went out for dinner to this cool little bar place. Sweet Thai chili chicken lettuce wraps and a grilled dragons breath cheese with pulled pork, slaw, peach chutney and grilled plantains. With sweet potato fries and homemade tomato soup.

I expected it to be something like habanero but it really wasn't even that spicy. More like a Gouda with pepper flakes in it. It was good but def not as spicy as I like.

No luck finding the wink stuff at whole foods here.

You get what you pay for. The Pumpkin will be the best pumpkin you will ever have. Their Dark Chocolate Blows out anything you will ever try.

Hell better than pay 10$ for lettuce wraps at a restaurant haha or

Awesome lift again today. On a roll. Sweating like a pig in the gym and loving it. As much as being sub 8% body fat is looks wise, it definitely sucks ass lol. Can't wait to get to 155-160. New high in weight today, 141.6. Now that's 4 pounds since October 1st.. and I feel great. Magnitropin / ArA is a phenomenal stack. Can't wait to see what it's like with old ABE added for 8 weeks.

Post workout was a chicken, green pepper and pepper jack quesadilla, 90g measured dry white rice,some refried beans and fajita peppers

Power pull today. Had an awesome deadlift session again adding weight for reps. Not feeling any CNS fatigue yet as I was at this stage in my first 6 weeks of this training layout.

Got totally screwed by my fam tho as they told me to come over for the steeler game and dinner... I thought that meant we were gonna eat when the game started so I planned my workout and such around eating at the start of the game. I get here and they're not eating for like 2 hours. I'm friggin starving to death. So pissed.

I always have a stash in my truck for stuff just like this ha... Of course I brought my Camaro today instead.

Luckily we just ate and food was bomb. Sweet potatoes, pork loin with butternut squash, onions and apples, broccoli, asparagus, baked cod, and some really good baguette bread. Feeling nice now ;)
