Today did some power chest, and tested my 1RM with no spot on bench.

Very happy I got 240 clean, and attempted 245, but didn't hit depth and needed a spot. Didn't take enough rest in between.

So far for 138 lbs sitting at 295/240/? for S/B/D. Finished my benching with resistance band bench presses for max velocity, and my chest is going to be pretty sore tomorrow I bet. Finally starting to look fuller, and I even feel leaner because of it.

Not a good idea to replace carb rich meals with calorically dense salads. My arse went down like 6 pounds and flattened out so much. Back to potatoes and bread for me.
 
Off day today... Feel like I need it too as focus in the gym yesterday was just off. Weights felt good but my head was just all over the place which is really odd for me. Doing some misc errands including chopping a ton of firewood like a MAN ha. Getting my Paul Bunyan on for sure.
 
Did pull power, really was feeling it after maxing out two days in a row. Tomorrow is a much needed CNS rest day and I'll be heading to Vegas for the O!!! So excited

Yup. The digestion complex doesn't contain probiotics. Digestive enzymes and probiotics are 2 different types of products as well.
 
Yeah, its been a staple for years; however, I'm currently using Primal Defense Ultra. It's expensive, but a very solid product.

That's insane about the layovers... never heard of that many legs to a trip. I usually only have 1 at most; try to get straight there if I can so i can sleep the whole way ha.
 
Woke up STARVING this morning as I didn't eat much last night (just wasn't feeling it and it was an off day so no real need)... Decided to try my first sample dose of PES Norcodrene to see what the hype is about. Just 1 cap upon waking.Here's my notes:

-Woke up starving... stomach grumbling, etc. Didn't notice anything right away but as I type (about 3 hrs after dosing) I'm feeling much less hungry. More of a mental block to the hunger. Still have that empty stomach feeling but not the pangs that I had upon waking. It took at least 1.5hr for the initial pangs to subside though.
-No noticeable heat/thermo thus far. It''s achilly morning here so i had hoped I would get a little of this but so far no luck. I'll keep an eye out for this alter.
-Focus and alertness is growing over the last hour and a half or so.
-Energy has been slowly climbing since about 1hr past dosing.

Initial impressions: Very slow to kick in. Seemed to take almost an hour or slightly longer before I felt much of anything. Since it started, however, energy, focus, mood, and appetite suppression have all been steadily increasing. Still nothing on the thermo front but I've seen a lot of comments about this coming on far later after dosing or even with meals. I will be having my first meal at 9am and will see how things feel after that.

Lunchtime Update: About 12pm I got REALLY hot ha. Walked into the bathroom and saw that my face was quite flushed and my cheeks very rosy. As I type this Im sweating eating my bowl of Select proats ha. Energy is still very high. Color me impressed with just one cap.
 
Had some really good lifting sessions over the weekend (legs/push/pull power) all with the main lift of each being 8x2... I now know what Swol was talking about as yesterday when i was doing my deadlifts I could feel my CNS basically just melting. really brutal. Probabaly gonna change up the layout like I had proposed earlier to mosve the days around and not have 3 powers together to fry me.

Started Gut Health saturday and that night I had some of the worst gas/cramping that I've had in a long time. literally had to force feed the last of my calories in one giant shake ha. Got em in though and thats what counts.

had a bit of cramping/gas last night as well and a huge mess first thing this morning... Anyone else experience this during the 5 day loading of gut health? nothing else has changed in my diet the last few days so I figure it has to be that.

Bumped calories up again by another 100 for a total of 2400. Weight is sitting fairly stable so things are going well. I may not bump next week but stop counting veggies and fish oil pills to even things out and make my life easier ha
 
Just used them! Workout was great now time to eat. But they fit perfectly. I've never lifted this late feels weird

I hate getting off my schedule... totally throws me into a headspin. I've been all over the place with my stuff lately (especially meals) and it's driving me nuts. All I want is a nice, easy, scheduled day; full of gym, food, and football ha. I told my gf last night that since I have yet to have a sunday to myself that this week I was claiming the whole weekend as "me time" and watching football, hunting, lifting, and eating. Not one thing else.

Had a great workout today, decided Oct 1st will be day one of Magnitropin woot. Got a little bit of water retention from Vegas still over my abs but its all good, should even out a dissipate shortly. Had a great time and enjoyed myself. Changing my routine a bit, to really maximize hypertrophy. I plan on doing only two power days, upper/lower, then rest and then hypertrophy with one day dedicated to my weakpoints: Arms, back, rear delts.

So today was upper power, and man it was tough. Hit a 5 rep PR on Bench so I'm happy, also a 6 rep PR on DB Dead stop row. Also felt much much better hit full ROM of shoulder press, didn't bother my elbow much. Pretty gassed after this workout, but getting a massage tomorrow and then just working for the day

out of all the professional athletes Jeter was a great role model for the youth around the world for sure. all his skeletons were mainly kept under raps for sure

Deload power legs today. It was crazy tho cuz the weight I was using for 4's a few weeks ago was too light for 5's so I bumped it up. Was just really feeling it today. Workout was quick, effective, but efficient. Everything was just smooth. I'm psyched for 1rm week tho already next week ha.
