Fcuk yeah that’s doable. I did it last summer, when from roughly 18-20% down to 10-12% in 2 months. Yeah I used clen and an eca stack, yeah I got weak as fcuk, yeah my god damn excess skin still pisses me off, yeah I ran 30-35km a week but yeah you can do it for sure.

What I learnt last year was to take it slower if off cycle (I’m going to do my main cutting on cycle this year) even if on clen.

With your experience and frame you’ll smash it brother.

Every 3 days I go through this...this 10 pounds. Arms and legs today...didnt have time for cardio.
 
So I was out and about all day..taking the bus where I needed to go. So what would have taken an hour by car...took me 8 by bus...walking, waiting, riding etc. I hade 10 whole eggs for break fast and brought 3 meals in my gym bag with me and ate them on the go. 2 before the gym and one after the gym at the gym before catching the last bus home. Turned in an app for a brand new apartment that is based on income. That would be great. Today was chest..did 5 exercises...probably 7 sets on each with the last failure rep being less than 10 reps. Was really tired from walking and riding the damn bus all day. Super excited to go to the Arnold with DC..dude did me a straight up solid..and not for the first time. I dont care what he eats, I got mad respect for my brother.
Not sure where my weight is at, felt really full and filled out with good Vascularity at the gym..not as strong as I was before the surgery..but its coming back.

Trying to go from a fat power lifter to jacked by summer..Im thinking that will be between 12 and 15%. Im probably 19% maybe 18 and pushing close to 300lbs again after that surgery derailed me. 290 and 15% would be pretty good I think...at 6'6 and 45 years old

Your doing a hell of a job of getting to your goal bro
 
Your upper (sternum up) is definitely 18-20% but again without seeing the abdomen which is usually were most men (oblique/low back) hold their most fat it’s hard to be subjective. We see the upper torso so you can crop the upper out now and post only sternum down.

I will..there is some flub and excess skin from the weight loss..may have to look into a tummy tuck...lol.

Well your way way more experienced than me bro but my understanding is that tren can rip fat off a man and sd partitions nutrients like a mf so it seems like an ideal situation.......

Don’t sweat the loss skin thing yet brother, I looked into this loads when I dropped loads of weight and although mine was too far gone what I learnt is that we are all different in that regard. But the skin is an amazing thing. You might easily find the elasticity will bring it back in (can take 2 years) and as you were muscle heavy rather than fat heavy you won’t have stretched it as much as someone losing that amount in fat.

I’d just wait and see where you are at when BF and weight are where you want brother, I suspect you’ll be looking jacked as hell

I sure hope so! Im gonna give it all I got. Vascularity was crazy at the gym today...my veins have never popped like this. Very cool. Got some insomnia from the tren, and when i do sleep, i wake up drenched in sweat...the results Im getting are well worth it. I can literally watch my body change on a daily basis.
 
I've thought before that having a powerlifting base would help develop my overall thickness. But I've never seriously gone after that type of a routine.

If you take an older school approach to B.B....

Attack the big three lifts plus clean and Press in more of a powerlifting style, half the time, instead of going for a full powerlifting routine. Add elements of one into your hypertrophy training. Learn to really fire up your CNS and use leverage, momentum, etc.

But then because you’re bodybuilding, do it for reps.

Yes..my training has changed significantly in the last year or so. Im now concentrating on the muscle during the lift to assure I am hitting the specfic muscle I am training.
 
Todays food. 10 whole eggs, 2 meals of pasta and meat sauce, bowl of shredded wheat..like half the box with whole milk, a chicken breast..very large, 3 thick and large pieces of swiss cheese, and trying not to have some sherbert...should have never bought it..I hear it calling me from downstairs..it is lonely. Its weird, it seems no matter how many cals Im putting away, the tren continues to shred me up. Probably went over board on the carbs today, but trained hard for 3 hours with 45 mins of cardio and 20 mins of ab work. Tomorrow will be 5th training day in a row, muscles and joints are not sore or fatigued. Saw my girl today and we hit the skins, when I took off my shirt, she was like WTF? How are you getting so big so fast. Im just trying to maintain current weight and cut the fat..but being hungry sucks. Im eating very clean..but I know its too much. Hell, im still eating a meal in the middle of the night. I wake up at 2 or 3 starving and eat a peanut sandwich and have a glass of whole milk.
 
Just got some clen T3 tabs in. 37.5 of clen and 12.5 of T3..considering running them for two weeks just to see what happens. BP is fine, bloods are fine, liver enzymes elevated like 10 points a side..but they are always like that. I know guys whose enzymes are damn near 1000 points over.

Hopefully diet, cardio, and ab work will shrink the turtle shell too. Its hard as a rock from power lifting.

Unless you go crazy light weight I don’t think you’ll have much if any loose skin issue there brother.

Think you’ll rip up well if you keep it all in check
 
Have similar "extended abdomen issues". Even if you try to suck it in (vacuum), it wont go far in. Got away (most of it) after my current fast and 1 week keto. Spurfy said its basically water holding to the abdomen and hard to get rid off. Apparently, only a very low carb approach drains it.

Did your week long fast help it? If I remember your pictures correctly it did stuck in a bit.

Heres the other thing...i used to sweat while training like I said some kind of medical issue. Now, ive upped the training and Im dry as a bone...wtf?
 
20% is accurate, you’re not far off from your goal. If you’re upper abdomen is hard like you say, then I’d say you can reach your goal quickly. Keep hammering!
 
Today was chest, cardio 30mins, ab work...2.5 hours. I missed the bus home and the next one wasnt for 90mins...so I walked back to the gym, changed clothes, and did my chest routine again. Lol. Breafast 1 was shredded wheat, breakfast 2 was 6 whole eggs and 6 ounces of ham, meal 1 was chicken, rice, black beans. Meal 2 was pasta with meat sauce, meal 3 was chicken and rice with 2 protein bars for dessert. Meal 4 was a ham and cheese sandwich on rye with hot peppers and mustard...and somewhere in that mix, I ate 8 ounces of 4% cottage cheese. I think Im done eating today. Tomorrow ma and DC tear up the Arnold...hell yeah.

Thats alot of food brother. I dont think I could ever eat that much. And we definetly gonna tear it up tomorrow
 
I saw you post the meet and greet with Branch...anyone else you plan on trying to talk to there?
 
Vascularity right now with no pump and soft...in the gym its crazy..all across my chest and down my arms. Never in my life had that...pretty cool.Invalid Link Removed
