Swim's cut

You guys should check the larry allen highlight vid on youtube. He played forthe cowboys...he benches like 700 in the video...its crazy.
 
Just made 8 pounds ground beef and 24 eggs with 3 boxes of instant rice into 10 meals...not bad with some hot sauce. Halloween party was great. The jason costume was a hit. Drank 5 beers and ate all of the boneless chicken wings they had. Everybody was getting drunk and i was putting in work with the free food...lol.

Heavy volume chest day. I didnt even count sets. Reps to failure..highest rep 10 lowest rep 4. Did flat bench, incline, decline, cabels, hammer strength machines, and dumbell flys. 3 hours of training...maybe 1 min between sets. Super setted alot of the exercises. Probably close to 100 sets total. Have some veins popping up across my chest...thats new for me. Pre workout was 2 meals of chicken and potatoes, post was 1 meal of ground beef, rice, and chilli beans. Ill probably have the post meal 3 more times today. Weight has been steady at about 325ish. Strength continues to improve...looking and feeling much fuller.
 
4th meal down...two to go. Calories are probably around 3500 to 4k. The goal is to maintain weight..maybe lose a little..but cut BF. Thinking of adding a small deca dose to my cycle...maybe 300 a week for joints and small muscle gain. But, i have a ton of test coming this week, and i wouldnt get the deca for like 3 weeks if i ordered now. BTW...me and my girl are hitting the skins like 3 times a day on the weekends and like twice during week days. She loves it. She struts around in sexy panties because she knows i cant take it...lol. Anyone see the skit on SNL last night about the married middle aged man who starts test? Really really funny for old timers like me...HGP..you should check it out..you too cowboy. I was laughing my ass off.

My size 38 pants are still good to go. Cowboy, ive never been a 32...maybe 6th or 7th grade....I was 6'3 and 220 as a freshman in HS.

Smallest I been was a 28 and that's when I was first in the Army.

Aint running it till January. Just got my bloodwork today. Waiting for results. I didnt want to start a cycle when I go out of state in December for three weeks. When I get back in January will be a 16 week run.

Oral tren is really doing a fine job. Getting leaner..belly almost gone...i think i saw an ab..lol. Weight is holding between 325 and 330. Just got a bunch of Test E. Thinking of jumping up to a gram a week from 750. Ive never went that high before...but i figured id give it a shot and see how i feel. Feel almost normal at 750. Getting lots of comments in the gym...like..damn what are you taking? My response is always beef, fish, and chicken. Made corned beef hash for two days of eating...mix it with eggs...good stuff.

Dang swim! New progress pic is awesome too. Itll be cool to see your big a$$ at 300+ lbs after your done digging around and find the other lost abs! Between you and mathersby's logs I've got an extra 50% in the tank, and ready to kill it in a couple weeks when I jump back on. You guys have me feeling like my lofty goals aren't so crazy and are actually very attainable. Cant thank the both of you enough for that!

Working on it bro...i just keep grinding it out in the kitchen and the gym. Today was back day...feeling a little beat up. Strength is through the roof though.

Thanks brother..we got some good guys on here..we got some douche bags too..but some of us are really here to help ourselves and others learn and become the best we can be...not just in the gym. Hardwork and dedication is rewarded in all aspects of life. Nice to have you here.

Today was push day. Heavy bench, flys, cables, some smith machines, military press. Now im having that damn cramping issue. I couldnt get any food down before the gym and im out of shakes...so i lifted my ass off on an empty stomach. Came home and couldnt even shower do to the cramping. Got 1 meal down about an hour ago...dont know what is up. Appetite is in the tank though. Yesterday was my off day and i ate like a beast. Lack of cals limited my work out as well...1st exercise was heavy bench and Im really happy with the weight I was moving. After that i kind of crapped out. Fractured wrist still hurts like hell...oh well.
 
Today was back. Lack of cals made it a tough workout...also had some trensomnia last night. People are starting to ask me..out of the gym..hey are you losing weight? Which im not...just burning body fat..so thats cool. Looking way more defined..i can believe abs are there...i mean they are still buried, but hell, you can tell they are there. Pants are getting super loose..needed a belt for my 38s tonight. 4 months ago i was wearing 42s. Whats crazy is my strength continues to climb. Pretty happy with the progress. Weight is still 320ish..but body fat is melting off. Most people cant tell. Like my buddy said..You can sand a layer of paint off a school bus and itll be lighter, but aint nobody gonna know. Ha, dude kills me.

A friend that's half french and a little darker than me was with me and a bounch of people we didn't know at a party and this goon from up north asked him about his age. He said me? I'm 16 (but he's in his 30s). So this guy we don't know said, yeah sure on the immigrations paper maybe. Thank God we're in Sweden we're nobody gets offended

What's your goal weight BTW?
 
I dont have a weight...its hard to say because of all the muscle..im just going by the mirror. Maybe 20 pounds off fat off...but im going to be cycling the whole time and building muscle as well.

Yeah that's the best way to go. Its hard to say when you peak. Must feel good in a way to have so much to cut without feeling too small.. I go 10-20 pounds max up an down for the last couple of years.

Tren is so amazing. In what world can we drop weight and continue getting stronger?
 
Got an awful upper respiratory infection 3 days ago. Missed 1 gym day...however cant eat and have a fever. Weight at 317. 10 pounds less than 4 days ago...i mean i really cant get the food down. Maybe 500 cals the last two days. Sucks!!!

Dark liquor until you throw up, and then you'll be healed. Trust me, I work in a hospital. Lol....Naw, that sucks hope you get better soon.

Feeling better today..still cant eat. 3 days without training. 327 to 311 in 4 days...crazy. Going to the gym tomorrow for sure. The lack of calories has my whole body cramping. Try to force some food down right now. Check back in and let you guts know how training went...probably have to go kind of light.

Yesterday i made it back to the gym. Still a little sick, but cant stand not going. Weight dropped to 307. Very weak in the gym. I am amazed how quickly weight falls off me. This is twice in the last few moths that i have lost a bunch of weight without wanting to.

Havent updated in a while. Weight has been holding steady at 320ish. Diet still on point. Starting to lean out noticeably. Currently on 1 gram test e ew, 500mcgs oral tren ed, 60mgs of mentabolon pwo. March will be the start of serious cutting. I will be doing 100 test p eod, 100 tren a eod, 50 winny eod, halotestin 20mgs ed pwo one week on one week off, clen 40 ed, cytomel 50mcgs ed...last month of this cycle i will be adding mast. Trying to get peeled for the beach. Will also drop carbs significantly and add 45 mins of cardio ed after training.
