Well last night i was weak. Me and the girl went to the city festival and i ate a bucket of fries and a funnel cake. I have no will power..sucks! So today im gonna hit arms and do a ton of cardio. All that grease has had me on the crapper all morning. I should have had a clean meal before the festival so i wasnt hungry when i was there. I seriously could have just went from vender to vender eating whatever they were selling. Pretty upset with myself. Back on it today.

First off - will power is a lie. Will power has no bearing on success. But if life didn't throw bumps in the road (festivals with funnel cakes), it wouldn't be life. This is just a highlight of how much environment influences our decisions. If you were home by yourself, you may have eaten better. In an environment with a bunch of flashy lights, quick and easy access to bad food choices, lots of people creating lines to get that food (sending the signal that it is the THING to do!), etc. - you complied. Big deal. It probably wasn't worth missing everything just to eat better. It's what you do the other 80-90% of the time.

And that photo - you look like hairygrandpa's big brother :) You are a monster.

Actually...looking again, I wonder what swimfan65 would look like wearing a blue shower cap and lounging in a hot tub??

Today was my off day at the gym. 2 pounds ground beef. Half pound of chicken breast, 8 whole eggs, cup of rice, 5 cups of broccoli, 2 protien shakes. 4 thick slices of sharp chedder, half cup cottage cheese.

Weight 321...guessing the tren is building some muscle. Much stronger in the gym. I look like I'm "on" even in street clothes. Muscles are so full and tight all the time that they hurt. I cramp up very easily. I am drinking tons of water.

Mood is amped up...more aggresive, short fuse. Sex drive is way up. It is hard to sleep..and when i do...i always have nightmares....sucks. Confidence is through the roof. BP is slighly elevated 145 over 80....not too bad though.

Super hot in the gym today 106...no air. I got dehydrated. It crushed my appetite. All day...protein shake, ham sammy, peach...and lots of water. Waiting till i feel like not puking to try to eat. Weight is steady at 320. Strength is still going up. Cohldnt do flat bench today...i sprained my wrist 3 days ago.

Side note...dropping the clen and adding adderal for a few weeks. Bp was fine today..130 over 70. Also got some benzos that i will using sparingly for sleep. They ate weak. I was pushing for heavier doses. But dr got kinda scetchy...dont want to scare him off. Only using every few days, not trying to build a tolerace. See how they can counteract the tren and adderal. Bad news...adderall makes me horny but my junk wont get up to play...ugh. Any ideas on that fellas?

Forcing down a whole container of cottage cheese right now...im cramping due to lack of calories...but appetite is in the tank

Nother question. When using tren to cut...is it commin for your whole body to hurt all the time? Something with the joints. Or is it because of the clen and t3 too? I mean i ache like im 65. Once i get going im good. But in the evening...jesus..every damn joint hurts like hell. Maybe the lack of calories? Throw in a light deca dose? Anyone? More water? I take naproxen..eh..not much help.

For a boner, a tan and appetite suppression:
Melanotan-2. 1mg - 1.5mg subq. If you never used it, go with 0.5mg. For some it causes some nausea -or stomach discomfort, easily avoided when taking OTC antihistamine beforehand. For me it works EVERY time. Was on it for almost a year, no tolerance build up.
Got perma boner after 2 hours of injection in the past -now after 6 hours. Stimulates "erection readiness" and random boners for about 10 hours.

If you think its dehydration, do THIS:

1 table spoon Vegetable glycerin (amazon, gallon for about 20 bucks) -binds water in the body
1 teaspoon electrolytes (amazon: alacer) or table salt
3 teaspoon sugar for insulin spike (shuttles the salt into muscles)
1 pint water

Drink this as often as needed. For me twice a day is enough. No more cramps or anything. I also mix in some magnesium and zinc from bulk powder.
Awesome for intra workout.

This formula is 100% functional. Its NOT magnesium -or taurine deficiency as claimed by others. Some AAS deplete your body of salts, hence twitching and cramps. Do not exceed 1 table spoon of glycerin per 500ml, because it may dry you out instead of re hydrating.

Cialis only on consecutive workout days for pump. The Melanotan does the trick for me, way different than cialis.

Cialis does that to me... So much so its annoying at times. Thats why I only dose eod or e3d (10-15mg). Except the anorexia hehe I dont need that

Yeah I bought 10g of raw Cialis about 5 years ago and I still have plenty left. Maybe $4 a gram. I just mix it with water and shake well before each dose.

I agree with HGP about melanotan though. Cialis works great but MTII gives you a steel frckin rod. It feels almost like a weapon lol

The tan is awesome too. I'm a ginger and never get a natural tan. Be aware that it changes hair color, my beard is already changing from red to black.
It also makes your dick darker. Well, I don't mind having a "black dong". :)
