Fatty goes 2/3. Beat rack command on 501, got 52something, got 551. PR, goal weight for my squat.

3/3 DL, 573 last pull. Left 25# on the platform with that pull.
 
**** yeah! 8/9 on the day, no missed lifts, PRs all around and some weight left to grow on. What a perfect day.
 
Muchas gracias fellas. Like Herder said; 8/9 with only a missed rack command and a 1527 total was a solid day. I hit all my goals dead on and stayed injury free.

Set 4 state records in SHW (SQ, BP, DL, total), and took first in SHW.

LONG ASS DAY. I was up at 0530, weighed in between 0700 and 0745, and the last award was given at about 19:20.

I'm spent. I'll have vids up in the next day or so.

So...after I take a week off, I'm 14 weeks out. I'm going to condition for 4 solid weeks while doing Carb Nite, then I'll switch to CBL for diet.

I'm adding knee sleeves and squat shoes this cycle, but nothing else in terms of equipment.

I'm looking to add 100# to my total; 50 SQ, 25 BP, 25 DL. I know I need more bicep work, more 2-3 board level work, and front squats.

So, for 10 weeks, what should I go with? Cube or 5/3/1?
 
Wife is working on em. She videoed ERRBODY on the team, so she's chopping them up on the comp now.

You'll see why I said I left 25# when you see my 573 DL. At least I can dwell on that for 14 weeks. :biglaugh:
