it seems everytime i get on a supp i get pretty intense breakouts. im on proactive and panoxyl. is there any supp on nutraplanet that works better?

there is something, if you google it you will find it. it is called the Acne Annihilator. Ive been using it and it is 100x better than proactive. and its cheap. its like, i think 13.99 and it lasted 2 months and im about halfway thru the bottle...look it up.

ight thanks guys, do these supps have and adverse side affects. my friend is on some prescription meds for acne and it messes with his joints and drains his energy and makes his face peel like snake skin.

nope...no dry skin nothing. my guess is ur friend is on accutane (which was pulled from the market because it is dangerous) or something similar.

No bad sides, check it out!

i'm taking it now... and logging it... it has mostly positive feedback... it seems that after about a week of this you notice results... smaller pores, less oil on face, neck and back... which leads to less acne... then by 2nd week you will really notice the product has done the job...
it tells your body to produce coenzyme-A... and this tells the body to stop making so much of that stuff that causes the acne...

Im on cycle..
Have bad acne off cycle..

I was sprouting lots of pimples on my arms, chest, back, face..
My arms and back cleared up fast and first.
My chest is taking a while, but way better
My face stopped breaking out..

Acnetame is working, even when I am on cycle..
Albeit, I am not 90% or more clear, but my skin is much better than what it would have been had I not started acnetame.. 3-4 pills a day and your skin will dry so fast and the acne will be byby..

"...with a coenzyme-a deficiency, Lipids start to accumulate in the sebaceous glands, sebum excretion is increased, and acne begins to appear."
This is why there is the huge dose of pantothenic acid in AcneTame... it tells the body to produce more of this coenzyme-a... and that leads to less oil... which leads to less (or no) acne...

Panoxyl comes in 5 or 10% benzoyl peroxide. It is a great wash for the shower.

Proactive products have variations that contain salacylic acid with or without benzoyl peroxide in smaller %. it is expensive stuff in a really cosmetically acceptable vehicle. Your dermatologist could prescribe a cheaper regimen that would work as well if not better.

There is no legitimate supplement on the market that can really help with breakouts. You may need a retinoid topically or a combo topical with benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. If you have a big event that you need to be at, a dermatologist may even prescribe an oral antibiotic of the tetracycline family to speed up the clearing of the acne.

Just know that any pimple you have, was a month in the making. To see any difference you need to use a topical/oral 4-6 weeks.

Acnetame's ingredient profile offers NOTHING that can impact acne in any way whatsoever. The pathway is "proposed", published in a journal of "hypothesis" and the doses that were studied in that article were 10 grams of B5 with 1-5 grams for maintenance. The product has 1.26 grams of stuff per serving. Do the math even if it were a legitimate study. This has been discussed at length previously.

Go see a dermatologist for legitimate treatment. The copay would be worth it.

Cheers.

This statement in BOLD is not true.
I will not argue with DeerDeer as he is more knowledgeable than me in the medical field, however, acnetame is working for mem on a test cycle..
I am using no other method to reduce my acne, just acnetame..

Who you gonna believe, people that use the product, or someone that has never even held the product in his hands..

I have been using Lavoclen-4 for about 2 months now per your advice to get a creamy/soft prescription facewash, and its the first time I have had a time period of no acne at all since I was like 14!

Not to mention this stuff was like 4 bucks with my copay and one tube has lasted forever. I've heard it is free at Target pharmacy but 4 bucks wasn't worth the hassle of me transferring my info to their pharmacy.

I never was a big fan of Proactive as it always gave me redness under my eyes...probably something in the vehicle, but the Lavoclen does not do this (and is 10x cheaper). Probably why prescription is better than OTC.

My derm said we would try doxycycline if this did not work, but its doing the job.
