supplement / ingredient to fight cellulitis

I would point you towards a product with alpha yohimbe in it along with something that will also help you control your appetite. its a godsend for folks struggling with their diets. there are some great fatburners on the market so do your best to sift through the many options. here is a product made by finaflex that has everything one might need for success. try to use a product that atleast has similar ingredients as this and you should see a nice reduction in BF thus helping to win the war on cellulite.

Do you know any ingredient proved effective?

Do you mean literal cellulitis, as in the bacterial skin infection, or "cellulite" the skin dimpling effect that subcutaneous fat can take on?

In either case, no supplement that I am aware of can directly target either one. For cellulitis, you need antibiotics. With Cellulite, there is a change within connective tissue that causes herniation of subcutaneous fat, and no supplement that I've seen can directly target this. By shrinking the fat cells with ANY good fat burner (Alphamine, Norcodrene, etc) you may diminish its appearance.

I meant cellulite. It is not for me. It's a specific body area so i've asked about topical fat burners

Right, well the thing is you still want systemic fat loss to deal with cellulite. Topical fat burners are really only useful (in my opinion) when one is dipping into the extremely lean stages where cellulite would be all but vanquished. What happens in people who arent quite lean yet, is your body still pulls fatty acids from all sources, even if the targeted area with the topical has extra "liberated" fatty acids. The rate limiting step is still OXIDATION of said fatty acids, and when they arent all oxidized (they never are), theyre simply redistributed back into adipose tissue, probably in the same area you're targeting.

By taking something like Alphamine, you're increasing thermogenic action via all pathways but you're also targeting those stubborn cellulite prone areas via alpha-2 blockade. This means your ability to oxidize FFAs will be greater overall (more fat lost), and you're also liberating those target areas.

Now, this will only shrink the appearance of cellulite as its a condition of fibrous connective tissue more than overall body fat.

topicals typically are used as a finishing treatment for when you are really low in bf already. alfa yohimbe acts directly on lower bf, in particular for womens typical problem areas

Just lose fat. It's really not that complicated. If you are fat, you will have cellulite.

The major cause of cellulite is not weight loss but rather rapid changes in hormones, specifically estrogen. So this whole weight loss strategy will fail through and through since the core cause is actually a histomolecular collagen issue

Something that she can do?

Lol at cellulitis, it's a bacterial infection that is hard to get rid of and treated with antibiotics. Very painful when walking.

For me TTA with ALCAR.

Alphamine is very good, but i was getting to a point where not even alphamine was shifting it fast.

The above two forces your body to release and burn off fat as energy, the upshot being i have more energy than before, and im losing fat faster than ever.
