Day 25 - Chest! So today really sucked in the gym. Even though it's a holiday so I thought the gym would be pretty empty it was ridiculously packed. So after awhile of waiting I gave up on my hopes of ever getting any sort of incline bench and decided to move into a backup routine. Did 5 sets of standing incline cable flys, 3 sets incline machine press, 5 sets machine flys, 5 sets machine pullovers, and 4 sets calf raises(trying to do calves more often). Literally this whole time every bench was taken, thinking seriously about switching up the days of my routine next week. Also I no longer have a workout partner so I'm thinking I'll be focusing on dumbbell presses rather than barbell in the future for chest.

I felt like the cable flys and machine flys got my pecs burning pretty bad so this routine sufficed as an alternative.

Still holding weight at 175-177, which is the weight I'd like to be after PCT. Would be nice if I could get up to 180-185 in the next few weeks though.
 
Did back yesterday, didn't have time to update though. I started with lats to toss it up. 50 wide grip chins, 7 sets lat pulldowns, 6 sets machine pulldowns, 5 sets T-Bar Rows, 5 sets machine back extensions. Was planning on doing dumbell rows too but couldn't feel my lats at all so decided to call it a day lol. Took taurine today but the lower back pumps were near unbearable. Started during T-Bars, I was stretching between every set, but it was so bad it felt like torture to stand up straight at some points. Pushed through it though and did all my back extensions with those pumps. Didn't do deads this week, I like to switch them for machine back extensions about once a month or so.

Did some cardio this morning, 2 mile trail run. Felt TERRIBLE but made it through the run. My quads were cramping like crazy, and my left shin had a sharp pain near the end. Probably would've helped if I'd stretched before, I usually do before runs but just neglected it this time.
 
Day 29 - Arms. I started off with 8 sets of preacher curls, most with 20lbs(two 10s) on an E-Z Bar for 6-10 reps, but a few of the sets were with an additional five thrown on each side. Halfway through these I started supersetting dips and got to 100 dips before I was done with preache rs. Had a great pump in my bis and tris after this so felt awesome. Moved this into 7 sets of rope pulldowns, then 5 sets of rope curls, 5 sets of dumbbell hammer curls, and 5 sets of dumbell one arm tri extensions. Pretty good arms day except I think I should've definitely done some forearms isolation.

Day 30 - Shoulders and Legs. Since I skipped shoulders earlier this week had to throw it in today as well. No big gains to report, most I did on legs was 335 for 4 reps. Did a lot less volume today, my left knee has had some pain on the right side tendon lately so I was hoping if I went a little easier this week it would feel better next. Gonna definitely go for another squat PR next week. Weight still hasn't changed from 177-179 in the mornings, I would really like it if I could gain a little more weight before the end of the cycle.
 
You cleared your goal weight in this run. How much longer do you have?

Dude... My family doesn't know me anymore. They think I don't care about the gym or eating, I've never seen people eat ad bad as some of these guys. My little brother filled up over half an inch of chocolate syrup in his milk...FTW.

Welcome to America lol. It freaks me out how my parents eat and last time I was there I wasn't as health conscious as I am now lol.

Alright so I am cutting my cycle a few days short due to my shoulder being fked up pretty badly. Woke up this morning with a pain in my shoulder before I even moved, and it literally hurts sometimes in my shoulder when I move my arm just a few inches from my side. I found that I generally will get a sharp pain about halfway up if I start to lift my arm forward(like a front raise movement). As sh!tty as it is I'm going to have to take some time off working out for sure, I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow to get this checked out and make sure I don't have a minor tear or something in my rotator cuff, which is my fear. Here is my final PCT layout, had to adjust the torem because I have 60mg capsules.

Torem: 120 first 3 days then 60 ed first week/60/60eod/60eod/0/0
Erase: 1/2/3/3/3/1
DAA: 3g ed
CEE: 5g ed

Going to continue eating a lot and I'll be doing some cardio even in the time I'm taking off from lifting, just a couple days a week. I'm hoping with good eating I still won't lose weight, but worried because of this shoulder crap.

Final Lifts were:

Bench: 225
Deadlift: 335
Squat: 365

Final weight is 180lbs. Good cycle I would definitely recommend Hella to any first timer, want something stronger next run though.

I feel like I look a little higher BF in my relaxed pic, but I took my fat with my calipers and it's the same as precycle(12%) so I'm satisfied that I've gained mostly LBM. Sorry about quality of pics, I think the biggest difference is definitely in the front lat spread. I feel like this was a good cycle, but I'm still nowhere near as big as I want to be, my next run I'm going to do something stronger with some Stano and hopefully add some more mass and lean out a little too.

It's in an earlier post on this page but Torem is 120 first 3 days then 60 ed first week/60/60eod/60eod/0/0. I think that's the best plan for these capsules since 60 is the lowest you can go, so right now I've been taking 2 ed, but starting tomorrow will be just one a day for two weeks, then one eod.

Test boost is straight DAA. When I run my next compound I'm gonna probably use DAA stacked with a natty T-Boost. Been thinking a lot about next cycle lately, trying to think about "safer" stuff but can't get my mind off trying SD. If I do that though there will be a lot more support supps, definitely some Aegis and an AI on cycle as well as probably Stano(as well as staples of course).
 
How far out are you dosing your first 60mg and then the next? I've been super lethargic this week...like the point that I come home mid day and take a nap...fml
 
I take the first one in the morning when I wake up right before I eat, then the second right when I get home from work, so probably 10-12 hours between or so. Then I take my Erase 2-3 hours after the second Torem.
 
Decided I'm gonna hit the gym again either sunday or monday. I've given my shoulder some rest, and I'm going to start lifting a little lighter than usual just in case. I'm too scared of losing all my gains to rest any more, I'm down to 174 as of this morning, going to try to hold as much weight as I can. My eating hasn't exactly been on point last few days either though, trying to work on that.
 
Nah I'm good, gonna start off with chest on sunday I think. That tendon in my knee is still bothering me a little, but I think by next leg day it will be fine for sure.

If you want to come with me sunday for chest though that would be cool.

I may be able to do that... Why would you start w chest after a shoulder injury? Lol... Let me know. I'm done showing up at the building so we will have to plan workouts around your schedule...
 
I'm gonna go light weight so I think it will be alright. Probably do light weight on db presses, then do a whole lot of flys/pec decs.

Figure I'll just do like 8-10 sets that way I still hit the muscles good.

Libido is starting to come back had morning wood today for the first time in like 2 or 3 weeks so that's a good sign I think lol.

BTW I just ordered some LGI SD-10, not going to start that cycle for probably ~3 months but I figured start ordering everything one by one cuz this next stack is gonna be HUGE. I'll make a thread about what I'm planning to run for staples and all that soon, base will be SD-10/Stano-200, both LGI. Was gonna run Mecha but I decided I wanna gain some serious mass next time, so fk it gonna run the stuff that they say is best.

Been reading on some good HCG bases and test bases to keep your nuts good. I'm definitely going to run one next cycle...Although, my next cycle will prob be the legit ****.

Well if you're doing a test cycle that would make sense. Especially if it's longer than 8 weeks(from what I hear).

Are you just wanting to do straight up test first or are you wanting to use a kicker?

It's good for any PH... A test base will save your nuts... More or less, HCGenerate but I found the same herbs for half the price. I'll PM you. How's your weight?

Weights doing pretty good, I'm at 174 fasted right now which I've been holding for the past few days. I had an initial 4lb drop very quickly(couple days) right after getting off the Hdrol, guessing this was just from extra water/glycogen retention. Interested in the HCG, keeping libido through a whole cycle would probably be nice if possible lol.

I actually didn't really have any physical issues, just libido loss. However in a few months when I'm on SD I'm thinking I will probably experience something a little harsher.

Nah, just loss of libido weeks 5-6. At a couple points I thought they had, but then the next day or whatever they would go back to normal.

I'm sure I have it coming to me, Hdrol was really mild, stepping up my game next cycle. Hopefully with careful planning I won't have many problems, though.
 
Today was the first workout of my PCT since I took a little time off. Worked chest today, went pretty easy on it but my chest feels pretty damn sore! I'll take that as a good thing though. Here's the workout recap:

Incline db press: 30x20, 35x15, 40x12, 45x10, 50x10, 50x8
Standing incline cable fly: 20x15, 30x10, 30x10, 40x8
Pec deck: 55x12, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 85x6, 70x8

Total 16 sets, pretty easy chest day. Only had some minor discomfort in left shoulder, would rate the pain a 2 or 3. I did stop short on a couple sets where I probably could've gotten a few more reps because I was trying to baby the shoulder and I could feel it starting to hurt a little, but just on a couple sets.

Glad to have ya! Still got a lot of PCT time left, though. I've had shoulder problems on and off since I started working out though, so I don't mess around with it. Learned to deal with them pretty well, though with the intensity of my training at times it gets bad. I think the root cause is barbell bench pressing which I'm dropping altogether for dumbbells.

Ahh that could be it, it has a rep for messing with shoulders. Thats a wise decision, I do dumbbells because of my awful disproportion from playing water polo (throwing the ball with the left hand), but Im sure it will also help with any shoulder problems
 
Back today, felt surprisingly strong during deadlifts, probably since there were NO BACKPUMPS!!! FK YEAH!!! Started feeling pretty lethargic after that but I think it might be because I did 2 workouts today, one cardio in the morning and the back workout in the evening. Definitely felt a huge lack of explosive power that I always had while on, so that was a bummer.

Deadlifts: 135x15, 225x8, 275x4, 315x2, 225x8
25 wide grip pull ups(usually do 50 but felt exhausted at 25)
Lat-Pulldowns: 120x10, 120x10, 140x8, 160x6
Machine Pulldowns: 120x15, 140x10, 160x8, 180x6
 
Today was arms, I really wanted to do a lot more today but trying to take it easy this week. Went good though.

EZ Bar Preacher: 50x8, 50x6, 50x6, 50x4(weight not including weight of the bar, don't know what it weighs, shorter bar)
Dips: Four sets for a total of 65.
DB Hammer Curls: 30x8, 30x8, 30x8, 30x8
Cable Pulldowns with Rope: 25x12, 35x8, 35x8, 25x10

Not impressed with myself on this one, think I should've thrown in some forearms... anyhow PCT is going well still holding weight at 174. That makes +9lbs for the cycle which is great IMO for a "mild" run.
 
Shoulders. Felt good in the gym today, I know I'm weak as hell on behind the neck presses but I was doing them on smith machine for awhile so hopefully I'll get a little better with the barbell in awhile.

BB behind the neck presses: 65x12, 85x8, 95x6, 105x4
DB lateral raises: 15x10, 20x8, 15x10, 15x10
DB shrugs: 80x10, 90x8, 100x4, 100x4
DB rear delt flys: 15x10, 20x8
Machine rear delt flys: 40x10, 55x10
 
Legs! No squats for my deload leg workout, here it is:

Leg Press(sled): 270x15, 360x10, 360x8, 450x6
Quadricep Extensions: 95x12, 110x10, 110x8, 125x6
Hamstring Curls: 80x12, 95x10, 110x8, 125x6
Standing Calf Raises: 160x10, 175x8, 190x6, 205x4

Feel like I need to start steppin' it up again but I think I'm gonna do one more easy week like this before I start hittin' it hard again.
 
did you preload with AI cycle support + hawthorne ? and did you continue it throughout cycle +pct??

I didn't run extra hawthorne, just AI cycle support. Preloaded 1 week and continued through cycle and PCT. I monitored my BP and rarely saw abnormal levels so no need for hawthorne.

Chest day. Did things a little differently this week because only had a flat bench available. Went well, DB flat benched my "no-spotter max" from precycle for four reps pretty easily.

DB flat bench: 40x20, 60x8, 70x6, 80x4
Pec deck: 55x12, 70x8, 85x6, 70x8
Standing incline cable fly: 15x12, 20x8, 20x8, 20x8
Machine Pullovers: 125x12, 140x10, 170x5, 170x5
 
Yesterday I did back and was pretty impressed. Did 6 sets of deadlifts to start, and got 335 up easier than I've ever pulled it up before! That's a max I'd hit on cycle so I'm happy that I can still do it now 3 weeks into PCT. Also did 25 wide grip pull ups, which I've started doing with my hands as wide as they can go to get more back focus, 4 sets of lat pull downs and 4 sets of DB rows.

This morning I worked out shoulders, was a decent workout. Happy I could still shrug 110s.

BB Shoulder Press(some behind neck, heavier in front): 65x15, 95x8, 95x8, 115x4
DB Lateral Raises: 15x12, 15x10, 20x10, 20x10
DB Shrugs: 80x10, 90x6, 100x4, 110x4
Machine Rear Delt Fly: 40x12, 55x10, 55x10, 40x10(ROM wasn't too good on last couple reps of 55 each time so lowered weight back for last)

Still holding at 174, I think it's safe to say that's my final weight, don't think I'll drop any more. :)
 
Did arms last friday, then legs on sunday. Bought some wraps for squatting, which worked well. I usually have joint paint in my tendons behind my knee lately but with wraps was all good. Did a total six sets of squats, highest were 315x2 twice. Definitely feeling some strength loss in squats but haven't done them in a couple weeks so hopefully it comes back. Also I've felt like my appetite is diminishing in the last week or so, not sure if that's related to anything. Currently have one more week of Torem eod, and 2 weeks of 3ea erase, then 1 week of 1ea erase.
