Day 25 - Chest! So today really sucked in the gym. Even though it's a holiday so I thought the gym would be pretty empty it was ridiculously packed. So after awhile of waiting I gave up on my hopes of ever getting any sort of incline bench and decided to move into a backup routine. Did 5 sets of standing incline cable flys, 3 sets incline machine press, 5 sets machine flys, 5 sets machine pullovers, and 4 sets calf raises(trying to do calves more often). Literally this whole time every bench was taken, thinking seriously about switching up the days of my routine next week. Also I no longer have a workout partner so I'm thinking I'll be focusing on dumbbell presses rather than barbell in the future for chest.
I felt like the cable flys and machine flys got my pecs burning pretty bad so this routine sufficed as an alternative.
Still holding weight at 175-177, which is the weight I'd like to be after PCT. Would be nice if I could get up to 180-185 in the next few weeks though.
