Haven't updated in awhile, still holding weight, actually feel like I put on a little fat the past week or two but maybe I'm just paranoid or bloated. I heard a saying in a bodybuilding documentary though, "If you wanna get big you gotta get ugly" lol I can always cut down if I gain too much fat but still wanna get bigger than I am now before I cut. PCT is almost over now, last week was the last week of torem, this week is 3ea erase, and next week is 1ea erase then done. Feeling good, didn't have any sides from the torem and I am at the end of my PCT a little bigger than where I started. Starting to ramp my training back up again, did 20 sets of chest today and 2min of flutter kicks(new thing I'm starting daily), felt good!
