Supernova log

I'm so thankful for this stuff beyond . It's truly amazing I will speak highly of this stuff all over forums that I'm a part of! Very very highly! The thing that caught my eye about this stuff is that it was quoted to work even at higher bf% and it truly does! I'm only 3 weeks in it's only gonna get better! Thx for a spectacular product dsade and thx MidwestBeast for helping me get in right direction!

Day 21

Took a couple days off but eating was intact been busy past few days.
Today was crazy nice out we played 3 full games of basketball . Was worked over lol. Tomorrow back to deadlifts and hiit . Things are on track getting better and better see more definition each day
 
Day 22

Have to do high reps today back is tender plus my buddy said it's rattling his pipes apart in the house lol we even have the gym mat stuff down.

How's the macros coming? DmZ and other strong compounds make me eat like a horse haha. I stay hungry. But keep up good work brother
 
Check out phat training with light cardio between sets on hypertrophy day. My buddy loves it cause on light weight days he does mountain climbers/ jump rope/ high knees during rest periods to keep hr up. Shreds weight and he hates cardio. But he does extend rest periods from 60 secs to 80 with 60 sec light cardio 20 secs rest.

Good at the moment just running supernova and invictus. Been finished with everything else for awhile. I feel great honestly never seen a topical shine like supernova does . It's finally good to see one that works at a high bf% . I remember taking msten and derma tren 2 years back I ate like a tankkk and my endurance was through the roof. Thx by the way man

I played ball for just shy of 2 hours straight, yesterday. Only had 6 for a while and waited til we got two more and ran a half court game of 4's and as we were wrapping that up, 3 more showed up, so we just each picked up one and gave the other team a sub (we got another sub a little while later) and ran full for like 1.5 hours straight. It's hit and miss at church; we had a week like that this time, but then we'll have 24 show up and be forced to play half court. So I take advantage on days like yesterday. Looooove running full.

I loveeee full court ball nothing beats running full court games. Especially if u have guys that played high school and college makes it tough and u work harder running. Great great cardio!
 
Had the speed burners on tonight! Took a 20 min power nap when I got home and stretched then hit the treadmill.

Keep in mind I'm doing 1 min on 1 off I was smoking tonight my goal is to get back to 6:50 mile. That was my best 2 years ago in best shape of my life!

dsade said if u run brite with this it's like a tko for fat. It acts like lipomorph kinda does only it's dermal. I can't wait to add it to this im already seeing stellar results . I couldn't even imagine Clen with eviscerate !!!! Lol
 
You can add clen to Supernova if you so choose.

Yesterday I veered off track at night had 2 glasses wine a piece of pie and a few buckeyes.
However today I still looked leaner!

Hiit was very very very intense!!!
Tomorrow mom is making her homemade pasta noodles her homemade sauce and meatballs. With a desert of chocolate raspberry tiramisu! And olives and home made garlic bread.

So went extra hard on treadmill and gonna do it again tomorrow

Hardio cardio today
Did a total of 925 cals burnt went 3.6 miles for hiit.

Even got my first two miles under 8 mins getting faster.
Tomorrow back on the lifting train with deadlifts.

Did cardio again today people's house I lift at were sick today. Tomorrow Il be back on track with weights . I did one on one off today took a break from all and like 45 second breaks.

Lost another 1lb I looked flat this morning but belt is to last loop can't go any further . Supernova has launched not even Korea or Russia can stop this rocket

Took off from lifting today was pretty beat up and sore. I almost said complete relax day but ran 3 1/2 miles of hiit.

Had to cut it short but was a great leg session and for getting weaker on cut I felt pretty good.
Adding brite and Clen to this things are about to get real! Stay tuned same evomuse channel same evomuse time

Thx bro I appreciate that a lot! I feel good but have so much more work to be done . I'm beyond excited to get brite and use that and supernova I'm gonna get what I've never had before abs!!!!! Thx to evomuse and the support of everyone here! I came close 2 years ago got in a bad wreck had surgery and gained weight and lost a lot of muscle
 
I'm going to try to put in some work on Skyn Fyrm next week.
 
Exactly what it sounds like....it tightens loose skin and restores elasticity.
