Took the day off yesterday knee was hurting from cardio. So ended up eating over calories. I put in the work this morning though.

Looking Lean Brother!

Just feels like I'm climbing a mountain lol. I'm so torn about drinking for the bachelor party tomorrow. I wana just eat good and drink water but will feel like a douche haha. I hate set backs and only have til july which is a good chunk of time. Thx a bunch man !

Yea I jus need to keep leaning I feel like weight isn't going anywhere but gotta up the cardio and lower calories. I got bronkaid need to start doing Eca on top of the invictus and supernova
 
Ps have three people already at work that wana get supernova between pics and letting them try it they want more lol dsade. This stuff is on another level I liked vasoburn but this stuff is on a whole different level the way it works! Very top notch product. I can't even wait to aid brite.

Looking even leaner this morning but gonna wait til next week to post pics. With possibly going to bachelor party tonight I'm gonna find a way after work to do some mad cardio. So afraid of gaining but I do gotta live a little

Past two days have been crazy. Had a funeral and a service yesterday so was non stop then bachelor party Friday night. So eating hasn't been the best but back on track today and headed for an hour of cardio to earn back what I did for the weekend.

Thanks bro I needed to hear that felt like crap past two days for not being able to do anything . Today though I'm getting an hour of cardio in to try to get back what I lost so I don't miss a step so to speak.

What's the secret to doing hiit cardio every day and not have legs in pain for squats and deads? My knee hurts a bit but should be good tomorrow. Squats kill me even foam rolling.

I wish I knew brother. That's how I'm in the shape I'm in from doing Hit cardio right after leg day. I honestly think it was the impact from running on the treadmill at a fast pace speed 10 plus. I'm going to try the elliptical as its not so much impact and can burn just as much as the treadmill. My shins would start to hurt later in the week after Days of hammering out cardio.

If I was using dermal tren I could do it everyday and would never bother me. Il just push through it and go light on day before leg day thx abunch man! Was gonna ask how ankle is doing

I have to have cardio these last 3 weeks. I'm going to hammer it on the elliptical and see what happens. I will probably have to ice it again later tonight, but a small price to pay to be able to hit my goal in 3 weeks.

Yea do U have any kind of compression sleeve for it ? Just becareful man! You got this though ur looking great I hope to get there as well before July .

Yeah man I have a compression sock I've been wearing. Thanks brother I'm starting to get lean. I want to accomplish what I started. You will be there working as hard as you are.

I was running yesterday and it pushed the platform down finally. So have been stuck at incline which in a way is good lol ?*♂️

Forgot to add no hiit tonight but doing a huge strip and wax job that will be doing a lot of moving so will be sweating a lot! Things are coming along well

Thx BEAST73 cwages I still have a ways to go but this stuff is golden I never seen results like this for dermal stuff very very impressed.
Once I get down in weight gonna use S4 to lean up and get that hard look

I'm so thankful for this stuff beyond . It's truly amazing I will speak highly of this stuff all over forums that I'm a part of! Very very highly! The thing that caught my eye about this stuff is that it was quoted to work even at higher bf% and it truly does! I'm only 3 weeks in it's only gonna get better! Thx for a spectacular product dsade and thx MidwestBeast for helping me get in right direction!
