Superman Stack + Titianium

Just got my shipment today from nutraplanet(in only 2 days by the way).

I plan on starting tonight but I was wondering the best way to fit in the Titanium. I will use the PES manual for dose instruction on the superman stack.

I work out in the morning Friday and Saturday - afternoon Monday and Tuesday.
I want to dose 4 Titanium a day.

41 years old 161 lbs.

I would take 1 titanium with breakfast and 1 with dinner
