If the half life is around 10 hours, a pill every 8 hours is ideal. The pills are 10 mg. Taking 20mg a day, one in the morning and one pre workout. What happens at night? I've been reading the bible and superdrol for dummies.
 
half life will vary person to person, but if you take 10mg, then about 16-20hrs later, it should be completely metabolized.

so if you take a capsule, then another one about 6-8hrs later, you should still have sd in your system when it's time for your next dose.
 
Ok thanks. One more question. If I were to take superdrol, then down the road want to take something like pmag or hdrol, a less harsh compound, after taking superdrol in the past will a less powerful compound still yield results?
 
It shouldn't effect it as long as ur time off is adequate.

Now is this your first cycle? If so please please don't start w SD! Hdrol is awesome and the gains are a lot more maintainable.
 
Nah right now I'm just searching around trying to take in as much info as I can before I make a purchase. I'm going to be doing pmag first. Eventually if I make my way up to mdrol or further I just wanted to make sure it's possible to still fall back to the lighter stuff should I not like the sides or want to take something softer to cut.

Depends on how your training and diet is i suppose.

If your training is not so great and your diet is below par then SD will still yield big results. If then you have some time of AAS improve training and diet, then hit a compound like Pmag, then maybe the results would be better than your previous SD cycle. Also isn't there something about developing receptor sites for androgens etc? normally it takes a couple of cycles to yield the desired effects, maybe?
 
I do atleast 2 cycles before you do a SD cycle. do hdrol 5 weeks, then maybe a pmag 6 weeks and add like a non methyl to it or something.
