Superdrol will typically produce more gains but will give more side effects then m-sten unless you are one of the lucky few that can run superdrol without experiencing awful side effects
 
my buddy took iml m-sten and only gained 5 lb., but his meals and workout routines are nothing to be admired. i personally gained 18 lb. solid from sd, i have some m-sten, but im on an epi kick.
 
Having used both, I would gladly sacrifice a little bit of mass from SD for a much more pleasant experience with quality Msten.
 
As everybody has said superdrol is alot stronger but with more sides. I've heard if you want superdrol like gains to try DMZ which is alot similar to superdrol but a bit milder.
 
I've never really had sides from SD except minor back pumps and I ran it at 30 and I think I went up to 40 for a bit. Clear urine. And it was legit. Put on like 10lbs in 2 weeks no fat.

That's probably legit. I'd swap mech for halo though. I'd use mech as a finisher to look dry and hard. Just be religious with support supps. I loved my superdrol+halo cycles.
 
Definitely m sten. sd can give horrible sides but never really see anything bad reported with msten.
