I'm hoping that I can retain most of my gains from this cycle. I intend to keep my calories as close as possible to my on-cycle and to keep training my butt off along with proper PCT, I don't imagine I'll lose much of the 10-11 pounds I gained. Nothing amazing to report today, really.
I am up another pound bringing me to 190 pounds for a 12 pound total gain. Hoping to sort of level it off here and keep it until I hit my next cycle which I hope I will drop body fat on.
I decided on the combo of Nolva and RXT so that I had a week with Nolva to experience the positive lipid effects it produces. I decided to go with RXT in addition to help me hold onto my gains as the PCT went along since it, in itself, produces a significant testosterone boost.steve777 said:Great log. Please keep us posted. Feeling like I'm quickly restoring my natural test levels. Mid-Week I started feeling a greater than usual sexual desire, and it's still holding strong. I would go as far as saying it was even greater than before my cycle, since I still had a strong desire while I was running the Superdrol. Tomorrow I will be starting the RXT section of my PCT.

It's actually starting on Day 7 of PCT. If you look back to post #73 in this thread I explained why I wanted to start with Nolva. It was for the positive lipid effect that it presents, and the anecdotal evidence seems to show that RXT slows down lipid recovery. Again, nothing amazing to report since I am simply on PCT but my weight is still fluctuating between 188 and 189 pounds on a seemingly daily basis. It was 188 today.
Shoulder is coming around a little bit thanks to the Cissus... so I'm still doing more of a volume training routine to keep the heavy weights from 'popping' my shoulder until I feel that it's ready. Hopefully this style training will be sufficient to maintain my gains!

I am training just as hard as I was on-cycle during the PCT with one exception. i didn't read through this whole thing but i read most of it, just wanted a straight answer.
I had a pre-existing problem that wasn't all that bad -- which goes back a LONG time. But... I was trying to re-incorporate rope tricep push-down, got a little on the heavy side, and the last part of the movement where you come out to the sides... my shoulder 'popped', I guess you could say. And it has continued to do this when pressed with heavy weights in any manner that is not ENTIRELY linear.Pioneer said:how did you get the shoulder injury? was it weight room specific or did you fall down some stairs?
